I bought this camper brand new in March 2022. Dealer attempted 1 day repair. Shower still leaking. It was in shop for over 90 days due to leaking shower. Shower still leaks. Forest River has been to my home 3 times since January 2023. Shower still leaks. BBB in Indiana and South Carolina both closed my case and suggested contacting an attorney. I can’t afford to do this. The Indiana Attorney General is now trying to mediate my case. That will take forever. I’m paying 375$ a month for something I can’t use. I’m a disabled combat veteran. I have stressor letters from my VA psychiatrist stating stress caused by inability to use and still making payments. I email Forest River daily. They don’t respond. BUYER BEWARE!! No lemon law on a rv. I’m stuck with something I can’t use.

Pros: We purchased this unit due to the floor plan and we love the layout. The trailer has nice features and we opted to have the second AC put in as the one would just not cut it in the TX summers. Interior colors are modern and the furniture is fairly comfortable. There is adequate storage inside and it comes with storage containers in all the cubbyholes and cabinets. Bathroom is the main reason we got this unit as its really good sized and has a large shower. Fireplace is great and works really good without the need of the furnace in cold weather. Cons: We had to have the main AC replaced after 1.5 year, the toilet had to be replaced at the same time, The wallpaper is bubbled throughout the trailer as well. The biggest complaint is the underbelly plastic panels blew off during a trip and Forest River will not fix or replace after the 1 year warranty. Customer service is not helpful at all and they stopped all communication with me after the 3rd email. Apparently after a lot of research many people are having issues with the plastic underbelly panels coming off after the first year of ownership and good luck getting help or finding any replacements.

I don’t even know where to begin. We bought this trailerT26DBUD in November of 2021. Since the first trip to Palm Springs we stopped at a gas station and a gentleman told us that a panel fell off under our trailer. I went to investigate and found the the front under panel fell completely off and was in several pieces, the middle panel was also coming off so I secured it with duct tape. We stopped at the Riverside Camperworld and they removed the panel that was hanging down. When we got back home I took it in to Camperworld in Roseville, Ca. They repaired the panels. The repairs were done in 3-1/2 months. We then went up to Washington state with no problems. 4 months later we are in Bakersfield, Ca and found that we no longer have electricity at our GFI plugs, our microwave oven, fireplace, television and most importantly our water pump doesn’t work. The workmanship on this trailer is absolutely horrible and we are extremely frustrated and unhappy with this piece of crap. We love this trailer but it looks like it’s built by a 3 year old. Reliability is everything. Camperworld in Roseville has a 5 month backlog, so now what do we do? 🤮

We bought this rv brand new. It traveled through two dealerships to get to us in NC. In April just my husband and I took it on its maiden voyage. We realized the solar panels somewhere in its traveling between dealerships disappeared. The stove top glass piece broke the first time using the stove. The plumbing was built backwards. The seals for the slides came off. And while bringing it back to the dealership the bunkhouse window, that we never used since it was just the two of us, popped open. It has now been at the dealership for 7 weeks. Wildwood keeps sending the wrong parts not once, not twice, but THREE times! Now we have missed out on two trips we can’t get our money back for and paid 60k for a camper we can’t get parts on. Now we are picking it up anyway with a boarded up window. And when people ask us what happened we tell them to stay far away from Forest River. They clearly do NOT care about their customers. I even contacted them myself. They no longer return my calls.

I like the setup with the bunkhouse as i have small kids and it's a good area for them in both size and setup. The main bedroom is a good size. The format of the interior is one on the reasons I purchased this model. The issue is the quality of the product is sub-par. Faucets installed backward, leaking. Tub enclosure just installed wrong where they had to order new one (still waiting, now almost a year). The furnace failed the first use. The steps they installed prevents the door from closing easily. With the lights on ,if you look at the ceiling and walls you can see the nails and the smear of material the used to cover them. Main window behind couch leaked. Screens in bedroom doesn't fit correctly. Check out the exterior kitchen, seals around door doesn't fit correctly, no cabinets to store anything there. I don't even know why the provide a stereo speakers for the interior or exterior because they're garbage. Still waiting on parts to fix the above. Missing trim. Missing cushions for couch. Some of the minor items I did notice but they said they'd take care of them, the major items i couldn't see or didn't know (new to RVs). I'm not sure if this is indicative of the quality of all the Forest River RVs but i can tell you I'll do a little more research and avoid Forest River or the other names the company goes by.
