It is ideal for a single family. Lots of storage space. Very nice living quarters. It has an electric awning, however the down side is that unlike traditional awnings, it can not be anchored down, therefore must be retracted when not using the RV. Ceiling fan in living room truly helps to evenly circulate heat and A/C. The windows in the 5th wheel area allow for plenty of sunlight; unfortunately do not open. The exhaust fan in bathroom is extraordinary, if you open the windows in living area and turn on exhaust fan, within minutes, the entire RV is cooled down.

We used this on a seasonal site and had plenty of room. Gave 4 stars as some have washer/dryer hookups. The floor plan worked well for out family of four with plenty of room for a pack and play for the little one. Husband thinks it pulls very nice. We have not used the warranty for any reason at this time so unable to rate (gave a inbween number).

The Forest River V-Cross Platinum 30-VSK is a great travel trailer. It is very spacious and comfortable. Everything on this trailer is power, which makes setup and take down really easy and stress free. I would highly recommend this travel trailer to anyone who is looking for a nice, comfortable and easy to tow trailer.
