The Rogue Armored Toy Hauler is an awesome RV for those looking to have all the comforts of home, including a garage for your toys, while traveling. This is a large RV with plenty of space and sleeping spots for several adults. We have had up to 8 adults live comfortably for extended periods while traveling. 2 bathrooms, one main and one half, offer convenience. The trailer has many options including outdoor kitchen area, 2 slide outs, full size refrigerator, 5500 onboard generator with remote start button, gas tank with nozzle for fueling your toys and running the generator, large rear door that also acts as a patio area with metal railing system, dual bunks in rear area with another separate kids bunk, washer/dryer hookups, outside hose connections for washing the mud off you and your toys and much more.

I purchased new about 3 months ago and the trailer pulled really bad. I tow almost 2-3x a week and by far this is the worst experience. Dropped it off at the dealer for major repairs structurally. I was told the following day that the trailer has buckled , the doors are bent , the cabinets and oven are pulling off the wall , the wrong leaf springs were installed and the axles are bad. It has less than 900 miles. Basically in short it was built wrong from the factory. I was asked permission from Forest River to sign a waiver so they could tow it back to the facility to rebuild a brand new trailer. I was given no other options and put on the spot. I declined now knowing I need to pay for an education and go through what will be a long process with the manufacturer. I was sold a bad unit that isn’t safe to be road worthy and have to now shoulder the burden of making a payment , keeping my insurance up to date , keeping my storage spot going and not have a trailer to use. I will keep everyone up to date and will most likely start a social media page to allow others in the same position as myself to have a place to communicate. As of now I’m not signing anything and I just bought the worlds worst trailer that is unusable and the rep was very short as was I. My recommendation would be to research this manufacturer and be mindful of the dealership you buy from. I was just told I’m so many words “ sorry but there is nothing we can do.” Trailers have issues I get that. But if this was a vehicle it would be a lemon and a lawsuit. I hope it doesn’t come to that but as of now I will be pursuing paying for that education and walking through this horrible process.

We have loved this 5th wheel. It has been completely reliable and we hauled it from north Idaho to central coast of California and then to Sw FL where we have been stationary. Nothing has fallen apart, no tire mishaps and we all fit comfortable with the extra half bath, 15ft garage, tons of storage and pantry! The only issue we had was our refrigerator not working which we promptly got swapped out. Maybe we got lucky but literally nothing fell apart, no leaks, nothing. It’s been great!

We have a tall side by side and this model was the only smaller unit we could find that our SxS fit into. It’s easy to load and pulls nicely full or empty. Disadvantages are the countertops are too high and overhead cupboards are too tall for my 6’2” husband to reach. But it has more cupboards than other small models. There’s hardly any storage for clothing or underneath storage for chairs, bbq, tools, etc. The unit has 4 beds, the master being a king so it sleeps a lot of people but there’s absolutely no room for them to store their personal necessities. The back table is nice as we like to eat and play games together but there isn’t a single light over or near the table so we have to use a lantern set on the table. The ceiling fan is absolutely useless, that needs omitted. The slide out in the bedroom has 2 small closets and a shelf and drawer between them. You need to make it full closet across the entire slide. We’ve used this several times, added 2 large RV batteries and even with a full charge going into nightfall, if we run the furnace all night we are out of power by 4AM. There’s too much electrical draw somewhere. Even our previous 40’ motorhome had plenty of reserve power that lasted several days. The finish work is horrible. We had both recliners loose over half the bolts the first trip. Molding and trim has fallen off every single trip. Outlet covers, light switches, hooks, cup holder in the bathroom were all permanently installed crooked. There were deep scratches on the floor. I think when someone sells a small RV for almost 90K, the company should show more pride in their workmanship.

Me and my wife purchased a brand new 2021 model from Camping World (a screw up story for another time). Since we’ve had it I have had nothing but issues with plumbing. I use water pressure regulators etc. I have had to replace all the squeeze clamps on the water lines with screw clamps. Since I purchased after 6 months I noticed I had water dripping on the ground what appeared to be my pull handle seals. After already having put it in the shop for outdoor shower pipes and the lack of professionalism with the dealer I decided I would do the work myself. I did and it appeared to of held up a little bit with a much much slower drip. I thought that maybe the seal didn’t line up correctly. After making it back down south (1yr later) I decided I had the time and tools to fully replace the seals properly and not have to have a bucket underneath it catch. I did that and the leak appeared to not get any better. Took it to the dealership for repairs and the tech accused me of having been in an accident and it missed aligned the pipes. I’ve never been in an accident with it and how could they just become misaligned. Seems to me that this is just a faulty RV with the constant issues with pipes. So much has happened and we’ve decided that we will never own another Forest River product ever again. We will also never purchase from Camping World nor ever use their service department again either.

We like the layout. Do not like the workmanship. Had several issues over the first couple of years. Had some repaired by local dealer. Repaired most myself because could not wait for dealer schedule. Slide seals were replaced under factory warranty and again under extended warranty. Bedroom and kitchen slide leak water during rain storms. Did not discover until out of factory warranty. Currently living and working out of coach and unable to determine direct cause of leaks into the slides.

Well I never thought I'd see myself living in a Trailer/Camper. I met my boyfriend in Michigan, he already bought the Forest River, got a great deal on it, and we moved to Texas with it. We knew it needed a new Roof, it had already been leaking, so like the last woman who left a review about hers leaking, apparently these roof's weren't all that Great. But we replaced it with new materials from Amazon and it's been holding up just fine so far, well over 6 months Now. We've been living in it for 2 years. Just like a house, things need to be replaced and/or maintenance on when needed. Seals eventually go bad, slide out went a little off track on the one side, screens may need replacing, etc. But considering what we pay for lot payment, which includes electricity, water and sewage and we're on a Lake with full access you couldn't beat it with a 20 foot stick. The ONLY thing I would personally Try to have done, which I'm not fully how in this particular style of layout is to somehow have more counter space and more cupboards. Ours has an actual over under the stovetop, which I definitely prefer instead and it also has laminate wood flooring in the whole kitchen area and going up the stairs to the bedroom and on the landing in front of the bathroom sink....ours only has carpeting under the table, right in front of the Couch and in the bedroom area....and of course my back room is definitely considered a Garage atea. I have a washing machine back there as well....But it's so nice to have an on-board generator, the 100 gallons of Water and the gasoline reservoir too. Can totally go off the Grid with our type of Trailer/Camper. And able to pick up and go to any State we want to anytime we want to Also. It's the New way to live. 🖤😈😘

I contacted Forest River Customer Service for an issue we have with our camper (2019 Vengeance 348A13) and was advised to email pictures to them. We had a water leak develop in a closet in December of 2021. After checking and recaulking the roof area, outside lights and windows, the leak was still there. We called an RV technician to help identify the problem. After removing the front AC unit, the technician found a tear in roofing membrane and obvious signs of water damage. The area was cleaned, sealed with roofing tape and the AC was reinstalled. At this time, I have spent $258 out of pocket for a repair to something that should have never happened. It is obvious that this tear happened during the manufacturing process. We also have a soft spot on the roof area. I asked Forest River if they could help us with repairing the roof members that were starting to rot and install the roof membrane properly. I was told that our camper was no longer under warranty and that the leak was caused by not maintaining the roof properly. I have applied leveling sealant in all areas that I could reach with a caulking gun. I was also told by Forest River that because I didn’t caulk around the AC, that the leak was my fault. I researched caulking around the AC and couldn’t find very much info. Since the AC has a gasket that is compressed when tightened and access would be impossible without removing the AC, I feel like Forest River was telling me to caulk, just to pass blame on me and not accept the fact that their poor manufacturing process is the root cause for our leak. I will never buy a Forest River product again.
