Forest River E-Pro Travel Trailer reviews

The biggest problem with Forest River is the customer support after you purchase the camper. We needed to purchase some new parts for the camper and we contact Forest River directly via email. It was a hassle just to get a response from them …anyway, after they finally found the right parts they chose to ship them (from Indiana to Ohio) UPS two days air ($250) without even asking us or giving us more options on the shipping costs. …we didn’t have any options there. We know UPS ground it will be the most inexpensive way to ship two 9 lb boxes when it comes to shipping; it will definitely not cost $250!!!! We also asked for an invoice with all the parts and shipping costs and they only send us one invoice with just the parts there. What happened with are the other costs : shipping; taxes, etc.???? What they are not included in the invoice? Shame on you Forest River …shame on they way you do business; shame on the way you treat your customers. Show less

We love our travel trailer isn’t compact but has everything you need or want in a trailer. Bottom bunk turns into storage, we like that feature. My husband is 6ft tall and is very comfortable, he can even stand in the shower. Show less
