DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CAMPING WORLD WAUCONDA OR FOREST RIVER! As our first time rv owners, we researched and were excited to purchase a destination trailer for our family. When you go in to camping world, they will ACT like they will do everything for you and forest river also promises that they are all about customer service. This was NOT the case. We paid a lot of money for this new camper and hired a professional company to deliver it to our seasonal site. About 25 miles from the site, the REAR air conditioning unit fell off the trailer onto the ground off the expressway. IF you look at the reviews, it states that if the unit is over tightened or under tightened this can happen. WELL IT DID. We immediately went back where we purchased the camper at camping world wauconda, to hear from them that "they can't help us." They would not take any responsibility whatsoever. Next call was to Forest River itself, spoke to a very unprofessional woman by the name of Elizabeth Messer, who also gave us the run around for a month and stated that they are denying our claim. They have completely ruined our experience and we will NEVER recommend camping world wauconda or FOREST RIVER to any one as they clearly do not stand behind their promise.

Good day fellow RVers! We are the proud owners of a Riverstone 39RKFB fifth wheel. Unfortunately last fall we noticed we had a sidewall delamination issue. Our local best ever Riverstone dealer where hopeful they could remedy the issue but upon a up close inspection we where informed that it was more involved than they had hoped and it quickly became apparent that the only place for it to go was back to the factory some 1600 miles from our location. Once I made a connection with various Forest River reps then given direct contact with the representative in the service department in Topeka Indiana the process was full speed ahead. Long story short they simply could not have been better in any way to deal with and quickly took care of our issues under warranty. THANKU all!!!!

Purchased camper 3 months ago. Got it home found are under bathroom full of water. Cut a hole in underbelly drained water, awning would not close properly, cup washer did not work, found 2 holes in roof, slide cables were sagging dealer said it was normal.. Dealer did pick up and repaired most but slide cables still sagging . We leased a camp spot at a campground parked camper for the season. Extended slide and slide cable mount bracket ripped off the slide the screws holding the plate were cut in half so they would fit and caulked. This is factory work🤬🤬 unbelievable… piece of junk once this thing is fixed we are getting rid of it and will never own another forest river product.. the warranty people are a joke and the dealer is also a joke Get a 3 rd party inspector to look over the camper before you buy it

We’ve had our trailer for 5 years now. We are moving in to a 5th wheel trailer as the kids have grown up. This bunk bed floor plan has been perfect for the 7 of us to take on many 🏖️ beach and camping ⛺️ trips comfortably. It pulls down the road nicely. It has TONS of storage area, a high porcelain toilet, privacy queen bed room and 2 doors! The blue indoor/ outdoor lighting was always fun too. It really is a good trailer for the family vacations and would definitely be livable in a park setting as well! I would recommend this trailer!

I purchased a Forest River Sabre Cobalt 2 bedroom 5th wheel in 04/2024 for $88,000 plus $7500 and paid for an extended warranty from RV Broker through Good Sams. My refrigerator has been non functional since 02/2024 and was still under factory warranty. I have paid out of pocket roughly $520 to have the service techs come out to my trailer twice. They finally dertermined I need a new refrigerator and want another $240 to come out an additional time to install the replacement fridge. I've now been out of a fridge for over 2 months and still waiting. Frustrating as hell. Wait time on phone for RV Broker for service call follow up this morning was 40 minutes. Still not resolved. At this point I would highly recommend staying away from RV Broker and Forest River all together. Simply no excuses for such horrible service.

I purchased this trailer as the 3rd owner, lo and behold after purchasing and spending our first summer I quickly realized how cheaply this trailer was made. With in our first summer we had to replace the thermostat, go around to all the cabinets and touch up nicks and scratches on the cabinets as the material that they are made out of is like cardbord. I have had to replace the city water hookup and the seal was not holding anymore. Overall build quality is terrible, looks pretty but let me tell you, the quality for what you pay for is not there. The best part is the tanks and plumbing, I got under the trailer to inspect the tanks, wow I couldn’t believe what I seen. Litterly two thin metal straps hold up a 40 gallon water tank, the black and gray were the same. Then the plumbing, all the linens are held up with plastic tie wraps, really is this grade school construction WTH! ! The heat vent were full of wood saw dust. Yes far as towing goes a small compact car could tow it because the thing is made out of recycled material and only weighs 6100lbs. Oh and storage, ha ha ha. not very much for a 30’ trailer. We had a 1995 Terry 5th prior to this and let me tell you everything about that trailer was better. But it did weigh in at a hefty 9500lbs. We would have kept it, but the parks are not allowing trailers in under 10yrs old, which really sucks because that 1995 was an amazing trailer. Built to last and had everything we needed. Morale of this review guys, do your homework before purchasing and do a complete under over and all around inspection. Great thing is we are in a great park, I am pretty handy so my plan is to do some upgrades and get the plumbing all mounted with pipe clamps, thinking about adding another window as we don’t get a lot of sunlight in the trailer. Good luck in your search, be mindful.
