We have been wanting a super C for soooo long and when we finally made our dream a reality we were so happy!! The price point was good for us but remember u do get what u pay for! Driving it was horrible!!! We had to put an $$ steering stabilizer in it to keep from being whipped around on the road due to big 18 wheelers and wind. We also put MUCH better shocks on, which was $$$$, but both these things made a huge difference in driving. The cockpit chairs had to be replaced because the arm rests were literally unusable, not adjustable. We also had the couch removed and put in 2 theater seats. Couch was extremely uncomfortable! And starting to wear in less than 2 yrs. House batteries died this past May, had them replaced and it happens again this October so we re placed them this time with Lithium batteries, $$$$$$!!!!! The master bedroom door is off the tracks and will need to be fixed, we’ve had issues with one of the toilets, water heater and have a list of warranty items that we will be taking it in soon before the warranty is up. And literally so type this review out rig is being towed to the Freightliner place in Lubbock, TX. We’re on our way back home without our rig. The generator has quit working as will so that has to be fixed. The list is endless. We LOVE Super Cs, just not this one! I would NOT recommend the Entegra Accolade at all, if u can afford it but the Newmar Superstar, r have talked with several people who have had them and everyone says they have never any had a punch list!! But get ready to pay an additional $250k.

I’ve had missing parts since the day I bought my RV and cannot get it repaired properly by any of their certified dealers because they don’t want to pay the proper amount to fix it a ton of paint flaws and issues a ton of interior issues which most of been resolved but they’re not willing to do anything with the body issues

Bought our retirement present after 22 years in the Army and 15 years working civilian service. Thought we were going to the country and see what we have been protecting. We first took a three day trip to the Kern River where we can back with a laundry list of items that needed the dealers attention. The steps would not retract under the main door. We also noticed that when we were driving down the road our seats, front driver and passengers were rocking. Come to find out the were no nuts on the bolts to keep the seats in place. We also had a problem with the hydraulic stabilizers they would not retract all the way up, when we took it in they had to wait three months for the factory to send the replacement part. This has been going on since we bought the coach. We had to take it to Freightliner for a check engine light that would not go off. This was in February and they said that Jayco was responsible for the bill because they let it set in their lot causing the filter system to rust. Trying to turn it in and Jayco said that this is a good coach. Wow i wonder what they consider a bad coach. We have been looking and watching the freeways here in California have noticed that there are none on the road here I wonder way that is. The bottom line if this is the way Jayco treats soldiers that have served I wonder if any of served?

We bought a 2021 Entegra Accolade 37K at the FMCA convention in Perry,GA in March 2021. On our first trip the door to the coach kept coming open while driving down the highway. This kept happening to the point that we had to strap the door closed. The door was also hard to open and we had to enter and exit the coach through the drivers door. We took the coach to National Indoor RV Center in Dallas, TX on July 6, 2021 and as of this writing the coach has not been repaired. According to the Service Advisor Entegra is blaming the door manufacture and the door manufacture said they did not install the door wrong. It seems that the opening was cut too big for the door. Other issues we have had is the hot water heater not working. A new circuit board had to be installed. Drawers under the cooktop keep opening while driving down the highway. Loose screws were left under the slide out by manufacture which cut into the flooring when the slide out was extended or retracted. When the slide out in the living room is retracted the bathrooms and bedroom are not accessible. Overall quality is not what we expected from Entegra.

We bought our Entegra Accolade 37RB in November 2020 after several months delay due to COVID. Our 8hr drive home from the dealer was uneventful, but then we embarked on a 14 day 4300 mile cross country roadtrip to see family, and that was when we started to notice some issues. The primary one was that at highway speed, the entrance door was visibly flapping open at the top right hand corner, and you could see the sky thru it. Also, the interior handle to open the door was almost impossible, and took alot of strength and perseverence to unlock and open. Sadly we did buy the coach virtually, as there were no dealers within 8hrs of us that carried them, and a big regret is that when driving, the noise in the cab is SO LOUD, that my wife and I have to practically scream at each, and forget it if the wind is blowing too. Forget the radio also. A certified dealer has now had the coach since Dec.18th, and Jayco is giving them a really hard time with the door repair by saying that "that is how is was designed", so we are unsure if this is going to have a positive end at this point. Has anyone else had or heard of this issue too? Aside from that, we do love the interior and exterior of the RV. The King bed is very comfortable.

Our 2020 Entegra Accolade came with problems, most significantly a separation of the cab molding from the frame around the upper bed window to the point pink insulation could be pulled out, leaks, etc. Our Class C went in for service Jan. 8th . . . it is now Feb. 6th and we were just told it will be til the end of February! Between the dealership service dept. (La Mesa RV) and Entregra,we have been repeatedly lied to, nothing was ordered to repair our RV until the 26th of January . . . This isn't our first rodeo with a new Jayco Super C, (who owns Entegra,) having previously purchased a new Jayco Seneca, but I can guarantee you it will be our last. We're getting nowhere with this good cop/bad cop routine between the two, playing the blame game with each other to the point of idiocy. Buyers, you have been warned!

Love my new Accolade 37HJ. Just wanted to note a few problems and positives. First day I had this coach I bent a Leveling Jack, the factory was very good and gave me a discount. Be careful, these Jacks are not very sturdy. Holding tanks can be a chore to empty, black tank sprayer does not do a very good job. Maceration pump just does not cut it. The sensors always show 33 to 67 percent full. Water runs out before solids. I usually just run a hose in the bathroom window to get a good cleaning. Also I put in a bidet to keep from using so much paper. Check the keyless entry before leaving the lot. Mine is faulty, factory sent a replacement that was also bad. Key mechanism was so tight you could barely open it. When driving at highway speeds there is a slight whistle, not bad and not sure but may be the overhead design. Turning radius is great and visibility with the mirrors is great. The onboard Navigation is crap, I have a Garmin I use. The screen for the Navigation, and side cameras is difficult to see but I just use the mirrors. The backup camera and radio is all I use on this unit. Other than these few small problems we are loving the Coach It rides well and has plenty of power. Be careful to lock the huge Residential fridge when traveling, a bad speed bump or pothole can dump the contents. We chose it because of the power, the entertainment center (Awsome, Direct TV HD), theater seating, and the layout of the head. The fireplace is handy, while the LP tank is a bit small you can use the heater in the fireplace when hooked up in a park or on Generator for heating to save on the LP. Also the phone app for running the on board control panel is awesome, you can stand outside and watch while opening slides, run the generator, set AC and Heat, and activate lights from anywhere. As I boon-dock quite often the Automatic Generator Starter is a must and works well. The inverter is great to keep the residential fridge operating and the Engine charges both the chassis and house batteries when traveling.
