Entegra Class A reviews

We have only owned our 2024 Entegra Vision XL 36C for 3 months and taken two 7-9 day trips. Love the floorplan, it is almost perfect for us. Love: King size bed, bath and half, storage (inside and out), CCC, fireplace heater, cabinet above fireplace, electric recliners, 50" Smart TV on lift, electronic control panel and lighting, ice maker in full size fridge, storage in half bath, oven, Farmhouse interior, and comfortable seating in cab. Dislikes: Larger size makes it more challenging to drive/park/get gas, tight with slides in, not full body paint, lack of storage in bedroom wardrobe and kitchen (but panty in kitchen makes up for it), there isn't an electric reel for power cord. The customer service from Jayco and RV Country was horrible. The first year and a half it was in the shop more than with me. RV manufacturers and dealers cannot keep up with the warranty work needed to repair poor quality made RVs. Additionally, Ford dealers won’t touch Ford chassis motorhomes. I’m into my third year of owning this rig and finally have most of the bugs fixed, thanks to new management at RV Country and a small mom and pop RV repair shop. Show less

This RV has been a dream. It is much easier to drive than our older 30 ft. We never towed so I only gave 4 stars for that reason. My husband and I have enjoyed traveling in the Reatta. It felt like home with the 2 baths and plenty of room. Our traveling time got cut short due to health issues. We are 67 and 76 so we’ve decided to settle down and pass on this great adventure home. Do NOT buy from Entegra or General RV Jacksonville. We’ve had nothing but problems since purchase. Entegra customer service manager is useless as is General RV. I get no response unless I kick and scream. Appointments are non existent. We leave the coach for one problem and it comes back with new problems. The GM at General RV gives us canned speeches on how great the coach is and that problems are expected. Poor product. Poor management. Poor customer service. Brand new coach and it’s never left Florida due to the amount of time in the shop. Really poor. Show less

This RV is top notch and made very well. It has a solid frame and is extremely reliable. All of the systems are high quality and is evident by the luxury living spaces that come stock on this coach. Show less

We just bought this RV and drove it 5 hours to get home from the dealer. Has the power to go just about anywhere, but the suspension leaves a lot to be desired. We'll be spending a few grand to beef it up so it's easier to drive and not so tiring. After getting it home, the customer service at Entegra has been excellent and helped me solve a couple of sticky issues with the sound system and conflicting directions in the manual. If you own one of these and there's no sound coming out of the in-dash receiver, check the color of the wires attached to the speakers and see where they're routed on the harness in the back of the receiver. Mine were wired to the rear speakers, but we only have the two speakers in the living area. I finally switched the speaker wires to the front speaker wires on the harness and everything worked fine. When you buy a used RV from a dealer, they're done with you as soon as you drive away. Hopefully you bought a decent extended service agreement. Show less

We have had some problems with components of our coach. One of the inverters went bad right away, a wire connection failed, the wine guard satellite dish folding system motor went out, and the aqua hot controller failed. Entegra took care of everything. They paid for technicians to come to me so I didnt have to bring it to a service center. Their customer support and warranty is the best. We did have a problem with the front awning coming away from the top of the coach. Seems they missed the aluminum roof crossmember with the hold down bolt at the factory. They sent a technician out for this also, but we ended up having to take it to la mesa RV. They had to put a new awning and extra bracket on top as the old awning was twisted. Very good service. The coach is put together really well. The cabinetry, furniture and fixtures are very good. It is very quiet and easy to drive. It is very stable in high crosswinds. I was worried I needed a bigger motor, but after driving this for 15,000 miles and running with people that have the big motor, I can say that this is enough motor. They can leave me in the mountains, but not by much. I generally get a little better fuel mileage than they do, but when your driving one of these that isnt a big factor. We are taking it to the factory this September for the end of two year inspection, where they will fix whatever else needs to be fixed under warranty. We are very happy with our Anthem. Show less
