Wow… We’re Really Surprised about the negative reviews for the Entegra Odyssey. We purchased in 2019 and owned for 5 Yrs. Initially there were a few bugs to work out with our Hydraulic Levelers and securing our (glass) showers doors but beyond that we Absolutely Loved It !!! It’s the Perfect Size at approx 27 Ft, has loads of sleeping space, loads of storage & wardrobe space, 3 TVs, Great Kitchen Space, cooktop, convection microwave, super comfortable cabin seats (Entegra also provides extra cushions for when you have guests and want to rotate the seats), etc. We purchased at La Mesa RV, San Diego and they were Awesome !!! You’re as much a Customer after your purchase as you are at the time of purchase. Show less

We have only owned our 2024 Entegra Vision XL 36C for 3 months and taken two 7-9 day trips. Love the floorplan, it is almost perfect for us. Love: King size bed, bath and half, storage (inside and out), CCC, fireplace heater, cabinet above fireplace, electric recliners, 50" Smart TV on lift, electronic control panel and lighting, ice maker in full size fridge, storage in half bath, oven, Farmhouse interior, and comfortable seating in cab. Dislikes: Larger size makes it more challenging to drive/park/get gas, tight with slides in, not full body paint, lack of storage in bedroom wardrobe and kitchen (but panty in kitchen makes up for it), there isn't an electric reel for power cord. I purchased my Entegra Odyssey 30z 1 1/2 years ago. It is easy to drive, tows my TOAD easily, and has great storage. I've done quite a few updates that made it much more enjoyable to drive and stay in when camping. they are: New shower head with much better water volume Replaced theater seats with higher quality and more comfortable ones Added Road Master Exact Track steering stabilizer Added RV system airflow to the AC units Replaced the shower doors with Nautilus retractable shower door Added a Winegard SK 1000 HD satellite Replaced the cheap hubcaps with a nice aluminum wheel set I had 2 warranty issues. The water pump started leaking while I was on an extended trip. I replaced it myself since I could not get an appointment at a warranty dealer. I also had an issue with the cable wiring. The TV cable and antennae cable were cross connected on the booster. I found the problem myself and corrected it. Overall, I like the RV. The upgrades have made it more enjoyable to drive and stay in RV parks and campgrounds. I drove many other class c motorhomes before I chose Entegra. I believe that it was better than the rest of the class c motorhomes on the market. Show less

This is our 3rd summer with the RV. The craftmanship on these is pure crap! Of course stuff is breaking after the warranty. Pain is bubbling on the outside. The roof is leaking. We only have 4000 miles on this. And the company doesn't care that you spent $120K on something that is total crap!! And do not work with, she doens't do her job!!!! The customer service and over all quality of this rv is bad. I would not recommend this company or rv to anyone we have been having leaking roof issues and they are no help. Should not have bad seams on an rv that is only 3 years old Show less

The customer service from Jayco and RV Country was horrible. The first year and a half it was in the shop more than with me. RV manufacturers and dealers cannot keep up with the warranty work needed to repair poor quality made RVs. Additionally, Ford dealers won’t touch Ford chassis motorhomes. I’m into my third year of owning this rig and finally have most of the bugs fixed, thanks to new management at RV Country and a small mom and pop RV repair shop. Show less

This RV has been a dream. It is much easier to drive than our older 30 ft. We never towed so I only gave 4 stars for that reason. My husband and I have enjoyed traveling in the Reatta. It felt like home with the 2 baths and plenty of room. Our traveling time got cut short due to health issues. We are 67 and 76 so we’ve decided to settle down and pass on this great adventure home. Do NOT buy from Entegra or General RV Jacksonville. We’ve had nothing but problems since purchase. Entegra customer service manager is useless as is General RV. I get no response unless I kick and scream. Appointments are non existent. We leave the coach for one problem and it comes back with new problems. The GM at General RV gives us canned speeches on how great the coach is and that problems are expected. Poor product. Poor management. Poor customer service. Brand new coach and it’s never left Florida due to the amount of time in the shop. Really poor. Show less

This RV is top notch and made very well. It has a solid frame and is extremely reliable. All of the systems are high quality and is evident by the luxury living spaces that come stock on this coach. Show less

This is our third RV. We downsized from a Winnebago 34’ Class A. The flip up style mattress in the Entegra Esteem is ruining the entire experience of traveling in this RV. It is a back breaker. If it could be replaced I would have very few complaints. Finding a replacement seems next to impossible because the head half of the mattress is thinner than the foot half. This design causes your feet and legs to be higher than your head and shoulders. The head needs to be thicker but not the same thickness as the foot. What a mess. I would NOT recommend this RV to a friend. Show less
