This is my 4th camper. I love the floor plan and layout. This camper has the most solid floor out of all the campers I have owned. I splurged and bought the tankless water heater. Best thing ever. It is very efficient. I cook one meal everyday and shower once a day. It came with two 30 pound propane tanks and I have been using it for 5 months now and still have not refilled the propane once. This camper is very nice and Im happy with my choice. That being said. One thing EVERYONE must realize is all campers nowadays are being built cheaper. With cheaper materials and craftsmanship to make then lightweight and affordable. As long as you take care of it, and dont have a bunch of rowdy kids in it. It will last you many years. I was lucky to have bought mine in South Carolina at Optimal rv . Awesome sales guy and unbelievable service from the dealership. It had a few small issues at 1st. But the dealership service manager DJ sent people to my camp ground and fixed everything on site. Thats 100% customer service at its best. No extra trouble for me . So I have yet to need anything from factory warranty. I know this from experience. DO NOT BUY, OR "TRY TO HAVE" SERVICED ANYTHING FROM CAMPER WORLD. 🤮 Go anywhere but there.

It looked nicer than others that were on the dealer lot. It certainly wasn’t cheap. But the problems we have had over the past 6 months ( the first 6 months of ownership) have made us hate this company. The shower pan drain was installed off center causing a major leak into the underbelly and the inside walls of the bathroom. The oven was forced into place by the assembly team and the vents were crushed causing the over to catch fire and burn the countertops. The bathroom sink plumbing was glued together and tied in straight so a major leak occurred and the entire pipe system had to be reworked and replaced. The trim on the ceiling was not stapled/nailed correctly and popped off repeatedly. The outside fiberglass finish cracked and discolored after the first week. The company would not stand behind any of their warranties. I have spoken with other Astoria owners and apparently this brand has deteriorated so severely after Covid, that it’s not worth it to buy them. This model is a piece of trash. I am dreading what is coming since it’s only 6 months old and has had these horrific problems.

Buyers Beware !!! We bought our trailer new and were disappointed with the poor dealer prep when we showed up for ‘their’ scheduled pick up day/time. Once everything was repaired, we enjoyed our first camp trip. Our second trip out was canceled however. We always have tires inspected and checked for correct air pressure before heading out. This trip, with less than 200 miles on the trailer and tires, we had a back dual axle tire blow out less than seven miles after air and tire check. There was no road hazard, nail/spike or visible reason for the blow out, just poor quality tires! We had roadside assistance replace the tire with the spare and headed back to Commercial Tire and bought and replaced all five tires. We took pictures and the tire back to the dealer and they submitted a warranty claim. KEYSTONE DOES NOT WARRANT THEIR TIRES!!!

In 6 <2 hr trips: Tire wont hold pressure Trim falling off AC barely works Door latch fell apart Kitchen leaks Slide out is out of alignment Slide out outer seals are shot Drawers wont stay shut After the first contact, our dealer became useless. Called Dutchmen/Keystone and they wont do anything but help schedule an appointment at the same dealer... $30,000 mistake

I purchased my brand new trailer on May 22, 2020. Seven weeks later, the entire slide mechanism malfunctioned. I had it at two dealers before I was told I needed to have it taken to the factory for repair. One dealer said they could fix it but the factory wouldn't pay them as it was more cost effective to tow it 1250 miles one way to the nearest Keystone factory. Further, it was three weeks before it was determined it was a factory repair, then to schedule the repair (originally I was told November) I had to wait almost two months before their earliest appointment, which is now September 21, 2020. The factory scheduler told me it was an eight hour job, that's one day, but she could not guarantee the trailer be completed that week and back on the road to me. In fact, I have reservations for a campground on October 7 and was told they "might" not have it back to me by then because they have to give the shipper five days to pick it up and a dealer has to check the repair before it can be delivered to me. That's confidence...they replace the slide mechanism and they think there's a chance it malfunctions on the drive home. Meanwhile, I have been dealing with their so called customer service in Indiana that cannot tell me why this one day job takes almost three months. I have offered to deliver the trailer myself to speed up the process but their offer to compensate me is the cost of diesel, nothing else. So here I sit, surfing the internet, finding more articles about how Thor Industries, Keystone, and Dutchmen has the worst quality control and kicks out the worst products. I wish I found those articles before I bought (in my defense, one was written after I purchased). https://campersmarts.com/rv-brands-to-avoid-and-why The other thing I am learning is that Keystone/Dutchmen customer service is also the worst in the industry. There have been many complaints that they don't call you back, they take a long time to resolve your issue, and overall it's just not a pleasant experience. I have tried to reach out to a level higher than the customer service but those people are well trained to protect the GM's and CEO's of the company. DON'T BUY FROM THOR INDUSTRIES! That's my advise.
