We are looking at a Greyhawk Prestige 31FP. Our sales person is Nick. Nick is an RVer, now salesman. He speaks from experience. What I appreciate most is his integrity. He is new to the Motorhome field, but did an amazing job of showing and explaining the RV. His sales technique is non-intrusive. My wife and I enjoyed our visit with Nick and the Finance Manager, James. All in all, it was a great tour. The location is very nice, clean, spacious. The people were very friendly and accommodating. I have to rate service, parts, and dealership warranty to submit this form. We have not yet experienced these departments. Show less

This dealership promised a warranty service for my 2021 Magnitude. I have had numerous problems with my new purchase that prohibited me from using my RV. In 3 months I've have only been able to use it once. My RV stays in the parking lot for days without being locked. Each time I get it back I see damaged walls, scratched floors and scratched stove top from pulling the defective refrigerator in and out. Instead of just replacing it they patch it up. Front AC doesn't work ( parts has been ordered for three months! It is totally frustrating dealing with these people, no returned phone calls and downright lying and passing me off to different people. After four times of bringing it back and forth the problems have still not being resolved. Show less

I purchased this Coach from Dixie RV in Breaux Bridge La on line in June. Sight unseen. It was transferred from their Calera Al store. I drove in on a Saturday test drove and purchased it and Stayed Overnight and Sunday to test, check out and push every button and made a 16 Item punch list mostly superficial except for water leak issues - leaky faucets, dishwasher leaks etc. Found out later coach went through a freeze a few months back. Monday we did the walk through & got my questions covered and then they put 3 techs on it to address the problems. They were all taken care of that day. Brought it back and then found a few more which they fixed. Helped me hook up my tow car adjust my back up cameras and drove 250 miles back to Houston. We had a trip planned in 2 weeks so we set it up at a rv park and checked everything over and over again. Found the Aqua Hot also had a drip and a few other small things. Stopped by dealer on the trip and they fix them in a few hours. We spent 3 weeks on that trip and drove past through Breaux Bridge again and stopped, spent the night at their lot so we could learn more about some things. They did an awning adjustment and we pickup a few items that were missing from the coach when we bought it like the ladder ext, tray for theater seats etc. Over all I give Dixie a 5 star review on their customer service and helpfulness. James the service Manager has been great and Alex the service tech has gone out of his way to make us happy. We have not had any interaction from REV so can not comment on them as of yet. But we love the coach and floor plan and are real happy so far with the quality. It's not our first motor home so we expected and were prepared for a few issues. Dixie's attitude and ability to resolve them made all the difference. It was a pleasant surprise from the dealerships we dealt with in the past. We feel the Discovery LXE has a fantastic amount of features set as standards so not many options needed. There were more features included than we knew about. We would Definitely recommend Dixie to anyone looking at a RV purchase. PS. due to the Covid 19 situation the paperwork was delayed and the bank did not get our info till the day after the 1st payment was due. To our surprise Dixie sent the paper work to the bank with a check for our first payment. WOW Didn't expect that. Show less

Great people to deal with. Handled all my wants and needs. Service after the sales was great as well as the factory support. If you needing a new RV I would recommend Dixie (Hammonds’s La.) the employees as well as the customers there buying or having service done they all seemed happy and smiling.
