Buyer Beware. We purchased our new cougar 2020. Our trailer had damaged booth dinette table. Curtis ordered new table and replaced. We did not use trailer in 2020 because everything was shut down because of covid. In summer of 2021 while camping we tried to use dinette bed. Table was over sized and did not fit our trailer. We called Curtis several times and refuse to take responsibility and they said it was out of warranty. It didn't matter that the table they received was over sized and they did not confirm before they put in our trailer. We have contacted Keystone two times since it was their mistake they refused to honor their certified dealership or service because it was out of warranty even though they sent the wrong table top. The Size needed is 40 by 27. Yes we have supporting docs. showing Curtis ordered 40 x 27 . Keystone sent wrong table top it is 40 x 28 1/4. We want to warn others that Curtis Trailers are great selling trailers until after they get your money then they are incompetent and do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Keystone is negligent for sending incorrect table and blaming us. . We would never do business with these businesses again. Show less

Curtis trailers.... after going thru dealers from Oregon to Montana went with Curtis because the salesman was very knowledgeable and showed every thing the rv has and does that we wanted and when it came to pick it up it didn't have the upgrades we added to it wanted 6 v batteries and slide-out toppers they switched the batteries but never got the toppers still don't have them a year later yes the rv was clean and presentable but when you pay cash you expect the extras you asked for and agreed upon sales guy isn't there anymore and the manager is a rude A hole and rather argue with you about a mask than find your sales contract to see why I haven't gotten my toppers yet Show less

Curtis trailers is a fantastic well run organization. Sales staff are very knowledgeable and fair straight shooters, the service team are spectacular and always take the extra steps to make sure the customer is taken care of and the parts department is well stocked and also has very knowledgeable parts staff. This place is garbage! Don't back their products Their response to a roof leaking on a 2021 RV? That's what happens when you live in the Northwest. So you're on your own with these guys. Good luck!! Hope you have better luck if you buy from them 😉 Show less

They are awesome. My service guy Toby was very professional even we I was not. It's nice to see them describe honestly what was wrong with the trailer even when it was not in their best interest. Thanks Curtis trailer for standing up for the customer! Show less
