Bought secondhand so outside the factory warranty is NA. Outstanding floorplan, not to large, but big enough to be comfortable. Outside kitchen with the bumper attached propane grill and 115V minifridge and sink and extra prep area are great. Nice wood panels and quality construction. Six sided aluminum framing and a factory 3K 2in hitch on rear frame. Swapped the factory sofa for electric recliners and installed a 1KW solar and Victron power system. Taken it to both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts and over Wolf Creek Pass, about 30K miles in total over 5 years.

I am a three time Rv owner and I have learned how to replace and repair everything in a Rv! I had to learn to save money, because every month something broke or went out! How can I get help ? No warranty anymore and still owe a bunch! Do I let it go back to a poor lender? They couldn’t even get five grand for this price of crap!

We have had many travel trailers in our day, and this one is the cheapest we’ve ever had. The floor plan is alright but the concept of the bedroom and bathroom door next to each other is not user friendly. There is no room to walk next to the bed coming in from the bedroom door, so why out one. We use the entry from the bathroom as it is less crowded. The finishing of this trailer is low quality. Every trim or door either popped out or broke. The fridge door handle is cheap and broke on day one. The fresh water holding tank is small, so unless you’re at a campground, plugged into city water, you’re having to refill often. This is probably because the water pressure is turned up high, which is one good thing in this trailer. There is no ceiling vent in the bedroom or a window on the top bunk therefore no air circulation which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. The ushape couch wasn’t fastened well and the small wall between the couch and the table was wobbly. I’ve also never been able to connect the surround sound to the tv, and the sound coming out of the tv is awful. Good things about the trailer is the flooring. Very durable and easy to clean. The water pressure is good. For the price, this trailer is not worth your money. Even if it was 20k less, I still would not recommend it.

Worst trailer I have ever owned!! On the surface and for the price it looks great, but quickly learned way it has such a low price point. To start the craftsmanship is horrendous. Missing screws, sealant carelessly applied, and leaky hose connections (ai discovered this at 5 in the morning when I stepped in a puddle that came from under my kitchen sink and I had a similar experience with the bathroom sink. Even with pipe door they continue to leak. It is a huge floor plan, but has almost no storage. I had to install a shelf in the kitchen cabinet because it was just a massive opening. The bed is awful and had to buy a $150 mattress pad just to make it sleepable until I can buy a new mattress. The “closet” space next to the bed isn’t tall enough to hang a shirt. Not sure why they even bothered to put them in if they were going to be so short. I could go on and on about all the things that are awful with this trailer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY is the bottom line.

We bought in April 2022. Within months the walls were pulling away from frame. Many smaller things like electric, inverter have broke when out on a trip. After camping season was over, it went back to manufacturer for 3 months. Unknown to us, the frame work was breaking apart and had to he rebuilt in several places. We feel right then and there they should have declared it a lemon. We gave had nothing but problems with the side that was broken. The leaf spring broke and the brake pieces fell apart. We believe these were due to the frame issue. Everytime we take it out we have a $300 to $1,000 repair on top of our trip when we get back. Is it fun to go camping? Not with a Crossroads.
