i have called them twice on 2 different Rv's and in both cases, they do not show pics and then when you call them, they tell you they are in bad shape - this does not seem ethical to me in a buyer using your site to find honest clean used RV's - if the unit is not in good shape, why are you posting a blank? that seems to me like bait and switch - stop that and be honest and work correctly - no room for weird stuff. Sales people were great (may have lied to us about things) but they were very personable. Getting the rig and hitch installed was fabulous... Once it is off their lot - they treated us like leapers. Service manager is rude and uncooperative, and the "store" is out of stock most items. You get a $50 gift certificate when you buy a $60k rig, but there is nothing the average trailer needs to use it on. Took the 5th wheel in 3 times and the problems were never corrected. I had to youtube it and do the work myself. I am glad I have the skills - will never be back to this facility.... Show less
