To much money for the units they have. I have been looking for a unit like this and this is definitely overpriced. I have looked at their units before and it seems their pricing is not in line with others. I have only looked at sales and not the other three that they asked for.... read more

Do NOT waste your time at this place!!!!! My experience was HORRIBLE I don’t even know we’re to start. We live in Texas and my family had been on the hunt for a rv we with bunk beds and found one with common wealth that seemed to be the perfect fit. I called on a Saturday and the process over the phone was great that day. We had the down payment in hand and knew what we wanted and got the rest flawlessly bank approved. So Monday morning I had to call and call to get Ken from the dealership to call me back on everything. Just kept getting the run around on what was going on then on Tuesday same thing I got one call back a very brief not even update. Plan tickets kept going up as they dragged there feet and my frustration rose. So Thursday we confirmed everything and planned to fly out with our kids to buy the rv. To our complete surprise the rv was in HORRIBLE shape we were aware of some minor cosmetic things. When we arrived the awning didn’t pull out and in with easy it was horribly bent, the generator didn’t start, the engine oil was DARK gritty and almost non existent like it had never been changed. Then the worst we started to drive it down the corner and thankfully it had been raining or this would have probably been missed but the ac once we turned the corner started to fall off and GUSH the water collected on the top. We have an rv this was no condensation it was like a waterfall of water, so my husband stopped it got on top and Yepppppp a BIG roof patch. I was not told about a roof patch or ANY roof damage whatsoever. So when I told the salesman that all this was an ABSOLUTE no for the $80,000 they were asking for he seemed like he had no clue about anything and said they wouldn’t come down on the price at all. We declined the rv and left and now are on the search for another. DONT shop here they are HORRIBLE!!!! And they have yet to give me my deposit back!!!! I have now hired a lawyer

This dealership is HORRIBLE and so is that RV!!!! My husband and I just flew our kids up there this weekend with down payment in hand and everything done. With the information they had given up along with pictures, and videos it was INCREDIBLY false!!!! We got there and the RV was in HORRIBLE shape and we had no clue the roof had been patched and GUSHED last nights rain from the AC unit when we turned a corner. When I confronted the salesman about it he acted like he hadn’t ever even stepped foot in the rv and blamed it all on the service department but yet it’s a smaller dealership he knew the condition but yet still insisted $80,000 for it. The place is terrible and don’t waste your time or money there!!! They will lie to your face and try to take whatever money they can!!!

I love my RV! I purchased a 2012 Jayco Greyhawk and am very happy with the overall experience. Marc, my salesman, was gracious, accessible and knowledgeable about the various RV's that he showed me. The weather that day was a horrendous upper 90s and when I settled on what I wanted to buy he ensured the generator was running and the AC on. He took his time with me and was not intrusive or display any 'high-pressure' tactics. The office team was very competent in closing the deal as I live out of state of VA. At the time, their selection was quite large. I was given ample opportunity to look at various models and to return to a few as I narrowed down my search. Marc had connections with outside services for some of my desired changes. The company was quick to respond to after the sale fixes when I returned it to the shop for a minor repair. I would recommend Commonwealth and would buy again from them

I've been chasing Chris around for days. Via Phone calls and emails. Last time I called, he answered .....so I FINALLY reach him on the phone he's very curt, rude and seems bothered. He tells me "we have a lot of people out today so I'll have to get back to you." And then hangs up on me! NEVER gets back to us. My husband and I are very interested in purchasing a Class A motorhome and we see several on their website that would be of interest. We are 6 hours away but willing to drive there to see them and purchase one. This is hard to do if we can't even get respect, time or info over the phone. Since Chris cannot be bothered to get back to me, I reached out to Laurie yesterday via email......still waiting on a response. What is wrong with this company? Do they NOT want to sell RVs? I've never had to BEG a business to let me buy from them. Ridiculous. I would LOVE to hear from the owner of this company. If he needs my phone number, Chris has it. As a business owner myself I'm not one to write bad reviews, I know how damaging they are. Chris was just SO RUDE ,short and cold to me on more than one phone call I am just appalled. I can only imagine how the service dept is of the sales people are so rude and hard to get a hold of.
