We needed an rv after a tornado destroyed the home we were living in. Oh how I wish we had read reviews on the place! They brought the RV up from Kentucky but only after they had our deposit and they put the loan through. Where do I start? They charged us $999 for them to inspect it to make sure everything worked. Two sinks drains leaked, if fact one was because the drain itself was cracked and needed replaced. The waterline on in the sidebox leaked in several places. We fixed these problems after they "missed" them. They also missed that the floor was soft, the heat pump and a/c run for a few seconds before tripping the circuit breakers. Miss that too!?! Not only that but they added $8500 to the loan, without asking us if we wanted it, for a warranty. They told us to bring the rv back so they could check out these things, then bring it back again when they could actually do the work. Seriously?!?! Did I mention this is the only "home" we have now! Every review I have read speaks the the lousy customer care, again, wish I had read these prior to getting totally screwed!!!!

The level of incompetence was unbelievable. The Technician said he could not find a leak with water dripping on the ground. Drive the extra distance and take your RV elsewhere if you want it fixed properly. You are going to end up going elsewhere anyway.

I recently purchased a travel trailer from the Indianapolis dealer. The staff were all very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and easy to deal with. After a couple of false starts with paperwork, the deal went smoothly. Kendra, Anita, and Rudy went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone from the novice to the experienced camper.

This is our second RV fromt this Dealer.. Never Again... we have had very bad experiences with service. it is typical that once you take it in you wont see it for 3-6 months. We took our new Solitude in on Dec 14 for Warrenty Work. It is now March 13th and there is still now ETA on the parts. At this point Spring will be past before I get to see my RV. All it needs are door hatch locks, replace a broken chair, replace the backlighting in the kitchen. This is the 3rd of 4th time we have had Colorain keep the TV 3-4 months. Very Poor, Bad Management in Service

The 2019 Grand Design 29RS camper we purchased from Colerain RV had a slide issue, island countertop issue and a compartment door issue. We have owned this camper for less than 10 months and this camper spent over 3 months at their service department. They had to repair the slide 3 times. You would think that they would look for the root cause for what was damaging the slide before replacing the damaged part. After the third time they said that they had found the cause for damaging the slide. As for the countertop and compartment door they said that every time the replacement parts arrived from the manufacture that the parts were damaged. Communicating with the service department about the camper was infuriating. You could call and leave messages but if you heard from them you were lucky. I finally got a number that I could text. I could of repaired the slide myself but that's why they offer a warrenty. When I dropped off the camper for the last slide repair I was told that they would wash the camper and condition the roof, well guess what, the camper was still covered with bugs and streaks.
