Had the local dealer bring in from a dealer in another state. We wanted it for a trip 4 days from when they transferred it. We thought it was exactly what we were looking for. The dealer had it there on Monday and we had an appt to test drive it at 3 on Tuesday. On the test drive the entry door rattled at 35 miles an hour with little to no wind. After stopping we checked the door and noticed it was not rigid enough to withstand the vibrations and would be a constant problem. Noticed several defects that the dealer completely missed in their review. They had removed an access panel above the propane tank to find a leveling defect and didn’t replace it. When I saw what was behind it my heart sank. The compartment had trash left over from manufacturing and all of the expanding foam that was surrounding the lines to keep moisture out had already broken from thermal expansion and vibration. Poor design on that area. I Had read a review before going there that said the fuel hose from inlet to tank can get kinked in manufacturing so I looked at that. Sure enough there was a kink in the fuel hose. Don’t know if it was big enough to create flow problems. I was done at that point. Looked at Renegade unit on same platform and the entry door is much stiffer and construction seems to be more solid. Very disappointed in both the dealer and Jayco. Show less

Excellent RV. Well designed. Very comfortable to live in and drive. Has higher end amenities that are normally seen in much higher priced coaches. Motor has ample power. Full exterior paint is in excellent condition. Interior has tile flooring. Entertainment system is excellent. Jenson radio with GPS mapping, CD, Backup and side view camera viewer, Bluetooth capable, Sirius XM capable. Has full size residential refrigerator with built in water and ice dispenser. Show less

We bought ours new at MHSRV. 2016 model. This is our first class A and we wanted to get something that we might keep a while without the urge to upgrade right away. It's just the two of us with a couple pets. We are very happy w it. It's got most of the options like navigation, in motion satellite ( we use DIRECTV) , washer dryer stack,etc. It performs well and we tow a Jeep Patriot. We like the two distinct ares that are created w the "L" shaped seating area. Gives us a dining and living area "feel". The 37 foot length allows a comfortable fit at RV campsites. After 15 months, we are glad we picked this model and have no desire to go bigger!. We had a couple minor issues that were easily fixed under warranty. Show less

I love the model perfect, rides is like floating on clouds. Not like a gas at all, way better. Lots of storage and the floor plan is great , sleeps 6. Under the RV a lot more storage. Sets up very easy, to easy. Show less

Love this motor home drives awesome great breaking ability with engine break. Plenty of storage inside and under the motor home. Diesel generator is quiet and very powerful. Hauls my tow trailer and car like it's not there very functional motor home. Big front window you get to see the country you drive thru I like the visibility. Show less

We have travelled over 43,000 miles with very few mechanical issues with our Couchmen Cross Country 383FWS. Ours is a full wall slide, and really makes a big difference. I counted 57 draws & doors inside the coach. Outside bays storages consisted of 8 bays with 4 of them with the upper part of the bay being all the way threw. Additionally the wrap around windshield gives you a great view of the country as you drive. But the best part is the fuel economy. The ability to achieve over 11 miles per gallon were the normal. Pulling a 3800 pound car and driving over 11k mountains was a pleasure. For those that would like a entry level diesel motorhome, this is a very great unit. Show less
