This motorhome is like new, it only has 21,500
miles. It drives very well. It has leather seats that are very comfortable. It has 3 slide outs which give you lots of room. It is a very comfortable motorhome to stay in. It sleeps 6-7 people. It also has a leather couch that turns into a bed. It has cabinets everywhere through the home. It has an on board generator, that powers the motorhome when you want to get out into far places. It has a separate bathroom with lighted mirrors besides the shower. It has a refrigerator with a separate freezer for your frozen items. This motorhome will last you for years with the low miles. It has new tires and everything in it is like new. I am only selling it because I have had major back surgery, and I am looking at another surgery this year. You will not be disappointed in this camper. The motorhome feels like you are at home, it is very comfortable. I would rate the livability as a five star. I have all the books about everything in the camper.

First and foremost, the dealer's treatment of me has been/was atrocious! They lost the Certificates of Origin/Titles and sent them to the wrong place, so I lost use of a brand-new RV, due to not being able to license/register it - from Jan.-July! Couldn't drive it! Next, less than 30 days after picking it up, things starting breaking or actually, of even greater concern, the total lack of Forest River (not really Coachmen ANYMORE!) workmanship shone thru. The biggest thing was that they must have "forgotten" to seal the floorboards up under or the wheel-well areas and every time I would drive thru a puddle, rain water would literally run all the way up to the front doors. The factory service staff is a real pain to deal with, too. Everything has to be justified and half the time, the "service" center they refer me to, such as when I drove to Vegas, wouldn't honor the commitment! I would never allow a friend of mine to buy a Forest River OR Coachmen (FR) RV! Total POSs and even worse are the treatments by dealers and the factory! Oh and one more thing, the materials are very cheap and not durable! AVOID FOREST RIVER & COACHMEN!

This is our 1st RV and could not be more pleased. Easy to drive, can take it almost anywhere and park it in most spaces. The queen bed is great considering we have had 3 dogs along sometimes. The 2 slides provide enough space for the 2 of us to spread out when we want to do so. The outside video, awning and built-in camping table has made tail gating a lot of fun. By adding an internet hotspot we are able to conduct our small vacation rental business while on the road. We have own this rig for 18 months putting 38,000 miles on it and have had no issues except learning how better to take advantage of its features and space. This is a very fun vehicle to drive and the 15+ mpg average is awesome.

Excellent floor plan, very nice quality. RV drives excellent I only wish the turning radius was little better. Ford nor Coachmen put very much effort into cabin quitness so I had a sound company do that for me since I moved from a diesel pusher to this class C the engine and road noise was an issue for me. The cruise control is way too aggressive and Ford knows this but they don't seem to be doing anything about it but they say the transmission is a "smart" transmission so with non aggressive driving thats supposed to be improved... jury still out on that.
That is the only issues- overall its a fantastic RV that I would highly recommend. In my opinion nothing comes close to overall floor plan and quality for the price.
