Overall we're reasonably happy with it, when not swearing about an issue. Had it about a year and it's holding up so far, except for the issues below, some of which were pretty significant. Warranty service sucks; lots of foot dragging. I rather imagine they have a limited service budget and want to hold onto it. The shops around here don't want to take these because of the low hourly rate. Problems seen so far: - Daylight through the seal around the read hatch. That took a LONG time to get them to admit, then shuffle off to the door manufacturer who fixed it with a wider flange and bigger gasket. - Intermittent connection on the AC power inlet: originally thought it was the external connector, but when I finally took the trailer side apart, the black wire clamp screw was loose by 1-1/2 turns and had clearly not been tightened originally. This one was a bit of a FIRE HAZARD. - Hot water heater thermostat not working. - Leaking plumbing fittings, insufficiently tightened. - Misrouted hot and cold lines to the sink.

This unit was purchased brand new in October 2020. Since then it has been in the shop, or unusable by my family fully 35% of the time as one thing after another broke. The last straw was the complete failure of the brake assemblies on one axle after about 7000 miles usage. Both Coachmen and our dealer, (a national group), refused to acknowledge this was either a factory or dealer problem and it cost $2000 to repair. As time has passed, the responsiveness from both Coachmen and General RV has reached zero response. Don't buy Coachmen and don't buy from General RV

A pinata is built sturdier than this camper. It took over a month to get the camper after we bought it at an RV show because the track for the bed and dining benches was broken, then incorrectly repaired which broke it further. It was a hassle getting it fixed cause everyone pointed the finger at everyone else until my husband started cc'ing then all on every email. Once we received it we had to replace the main overhead light fixture cause it fell off the ceiling. Then we had to get a replacement track for one of the drawers. All of the trim is peeling off the walls. Every little bump leaves a dent showing the thick cardboard that is made to look like wood. The stove hood is falling off because the "cardboard" can't support the screws. And tomorrow we have to take it to an RV dealer to check the water pump as it sounds increasingly like a jack hammer. We have had this camper for six months and wonder if we'll be able to get back from California to Ohio with more than a frame. :'(
