I purchased a camper new in February 2021. I took it on its first trip in April. The camper leaked everywhere. I spent half the day on my first trip fixing leaks. There was still a leak under the counter that I couldn’t find and fix. I called my salesman and he said I could drop it off on my return trip home. I called the day before I left and the service department told me they didn’t have space and couldn’t cause I didn’t have an appointment. I called the e salesman and he never called back. I also reported that the grey valve was hard to open and close. The earliest appointment they had was august. I went to my next trip on Memorial Day weekend. The water still leaked and the grey valve got worse. I called and they still had no resolution other than to wait until August. I went on my next trip in June and the grey valve broke all but together. Once again no help from Chesico. I had to call a mobile tech to come out and pay them 300 dollars. Chesaco was able to get the money refunded 3 months later. After this incident, another director called me and said I could drop it off on my return trip Labor Day weekend. I drop it off the day after Labor Day and told them that the grey valve was having issues again, there was a new water leak on the out panel near the gate valves, the original leak still wa s leaking, the latches for the outer panel by the kitchen were not working, and the hinges broke on the couch compartment. I also asked them to install the TV brackets and repair the ebrake cable at my cost. I dropped it off the day after Labor Day any they didn’t star working on it until after the the new year. I didn’t get the camper back until March 17th. They told me I would have to pay for certain warranty items. I was told I would have to pay for any repairs to the gate valve since the guy cut the panel. So all they did was remove the patch work that the mobile tech did. They told me it was done. I came down and the panel was hanging down. They said they would patch it back up. I came back down several days later after they told me it was done and they never fixed the door latches on the compartment. They stripped apart my refrigerator door since they read their work order wrong. They tried to fix it and couldn’t. The latches need replaced. The service leaves and come back to tell me that those are only covered for 6months. I finally get my camper home and find out they never installed the tv brackets. They also told me they didn’t do anything with the leak by the outer panel cause they believe it was related to the other. I bet everything will leak when I take it out next week. Never buy anything from this place. They could care less about service and their customers
