AVOID AT ALL COST. We have had an 11-month nightmare "working" with the CW Sherman location. The only positive I can say is that new Services GM Robert Andrews is doing his best to clean up the mess. Sales - The salesman Joe told us "they are all built like sh*t, so which sh*t do you want". We shopped around at multiple locations, but were in a bind and needing to purchase ASAP, CW Sherman had the model we were looking for. Joe misfiled our paperwork, and gave us the wrong RV twice at time of pickup. Services - We took our RV in for the 90-day warrantee inspection. All repairs were cosmetic. The services worker noted - what we thought were - all of the issues to be resolved. He told us they would order the parts and we could bring the RV back for the work to be done. We dropped our RV off at CW Sherman on November 2, 2022 and have yet - as of May 2023 - to have all of the repairs completed. The entire services department has turned over, but even the new staff failed to order or complete work timely. While on-site, our RV had further damages due to a winter storm, freezing our pipes and hail damage. We were informed of the frozen pipes weeks later, we were never contacted regarding the hail damage. The last of the parts were ordered in April 2023 that should have been ordered in September 2022. As of today, we are still waiting on 3 items to be fixed. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE Customer Service - I placed a complaint via customer service, detailing the timeline and challenges we've had with this location. Haley F. was our "representative" and "advocate". She was condescending and incompetent. I asked about escalation or investigative processes multiple times, but she continued to contradict herself. I asked for a peer-review of her "investigation" of the negligence of the CW Sherman services team, but this was denied. CW offered $600 for our troubles, which frankly is a slap in the face for dealing with the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, and overall respect of their customers for almost 1 year. We chose to not accept this payment, and instead have the opportunity to share our miserable experience publicly.

Don’t waste your time! The salesman and sales manager are liars and cheats. We found a fantastic deal on a used camper! Inquired over the phone and were told it was in great condition and “corporate” just set a really good price because the old service manager took in too many campers and had left it for too long. We drove 2 hours only to be called 30 minutes from the dealership and told the camper wasn’t there. They said it was at the local welding and tire shop getting new tires. We initially thought it was odd, because why would a camping store of this caliber not do their own tire work? When we told them we were close and asked if we could possibly go to the tire shop to check it out they said no. We drove back the next day to see the completed camper, only to find the tires had not been replaced and the trailer had flood damage on every wall and soft floors. The sales manager lied directly to us and tried to sell our little family a damaged trailer. The general manager was made aware of the situation and didn’t even bat an eye, before trying to upswell us on something else. After reading yelp reviews, this seems to be their common practice! Please save yourself and your family and go somewhere who actually uhas your best interest at heart, even if you’re paying a little more.

The service manager is nonresponsive, the service department is the worst that I have dealt with since I bought my 2022 Jayco Jay Flight trailer. I waited 3 months for the Awning arms to be shipped to the star and was told by Service department that it would be $750.00, when parts came in it was over 2500.00 to put the arms on and they did not complete at the store correctly. Did not align the arms, broke the cap on the awning arm and then the service tech left before fully inspected. They were going to charge me a service call to have their mobile tech to come out and fix what their tech did not do in the first place. When you call the 800 number you get the recording If youbare not happy Marcus is not happy. Well Marcus my need to send a team to Sherman texas and investigate this establishment.

Worst service department....ever. And the "Extended Service Warranty" IS NOT WORTH IT, as it doesn’t seem to add an any extra service, or warranty, to anything. Not enough time/space to be thorough, so I'll just hit on the points: 1) Scheduling is ALWAYS several days out. Recently called because we lost hot water. Was told 10 days before a tech is available, to even assess it. Just have to hope he has whatever parts it needs when he finally arrives. I should also mention this on a water heater that was replaced by them last month. 2) No customer contact. They don't tell you when they're on their way. They don't tell once they're there. They tell don't tell you if they've left. If you're not there, or don't call them back, you may never know if they came out, what the problem is/was, or what they didn't do to not fix it. 3) Lack of follow-through or follow-up, take your pick. We have piece in the bathroom that we called about several weeks, or maybe even months, ago. It's never been replaced. It's been brought up to the mobile techs several times. Just remains unreplaced. No one follows up. Ever. I hopes this helps someone on the fence about their purchase, because if we'd have known these were the people we were putting our comfort level in, and this is how they were going to go about it, we wouldn't have bought it.

I took my 2021 fifth wheel in for Warranty work just short of two months ago. They keep giving me excuses. I would not buy an rv from this place just because of their service department. They need to fix this problem before and quit using excuses to make make customers mad.... read more
