Once you sign paperwork you are left out in the cold. Any issues you have they will not take care of. 4 tires they said were new were 5 yrs old. 2 of them blew on our 1st trip and they were only 8 ply which are not even rated for the weight of the camper. Converter shorted out, water lines leak, a tear on a roof slide, the lights on the awning did not work and they gave me a roll of lights for me to install and they were the wrong style and they would not replace, a burner on stove did not work and could not get a part to fix. Was not told of all the problems the coach I bought, not upfront, very friendly people, to me two faced, would not recommend this camping world to anyone, makes you skeptical of other camping world centers, buyers beware. Show less

bought first from camper world ln roberts dale hwy 59 People will tell you one thing and do anything Caught the lady in the back at the warranty department they said she was not there she was hiding from me I caught her behind the counter they had the camper 5 weeks for a leak when I picked it up all of the lockers had been unlocked.i sold the camper thank goodness. My dealings with this dealership was MY WORST NIGHTMARE! These people are very friendly and helpful on the surface and I bought an RV from them. They delivered the wrong RV to me(out of state), would not take it back, charged me $8,000 to trade it for the one I thought I had already bought, then listed my downpayment as $15,000 on the paperwork when I had put down $25,000 cash on the original RV. It was terrible. So many shady things went on I can't even list them all. For reference, I was a single woman, had just lost my sister to cancer, and was obviously not in a position to deal with all of this. Show less
