What I liked about this dealer was the wide selection available. As for the sales aspect I felt like it was bait and switch. They advertised an RV for $6 dollars a day, so in my mind that would be $180 a month. Well after looking at the RV and saying we wanted it, they told us before they could present our offer they needed a credit card and a $500 deposit. Sounded hokey to me but we were pretty sure we were buying it so we moved forward. Then the salesman came back with the paperwork for us to sign and the monthly payment was nearly $300 a month. We declined and they said they would work on getting different financing. We told them we would not pay over $250 a month for this RV and they told us they would check around for different financing options. Several days passed and we finally heard back and were told they managed to get our payment down to around $260 a month. We told him we would pass and purchase elsewhere. He asked me pointedly "are you going to pass this up for $10 a month?" I said yes because it was $80 a month more than what they advertised. Miraculously, he put us on hold for a moment and cam back and said they were able to absorb the price of the hitch and our payment would be $238 a month. I just felt like we were taken advantage of and not something I would expect from a company owned by Marcus Lemonis. It left a really bad taste for us and I'm not sure that I would recommend Camping World to friends or family and I AM sure that I will not purchase from this company again in the future. I would also suggest that Camping world check out the products and brands they sell a little more closely as the RV we purchased is severely lacking in quality. Show less

I purchased a 2020 Heartland Bighorn Traveler 5th wheel from Camping World of Tallahassee. The staff is great, upper management seems to go into hiding when a problem arises. In fact, the only time I have been contacted by the Tallahassee management is after I gave them a poor review. That was by a text message telling me he has never gotten a message from me asking him to call. The Heartland RV has a few issues that should be covered under warranty, Heartland refuses to honor the warranty, Camping World has told me it is not their problem. Show less

We bought a Winnebago Sightseer from Camping World. Have not been able to use it for 2 years. Found out today that a part was recalled on it before we bought it and was never taken care of. Last time we tried to work with them it stayed in their lot for 6 weeks and I had to pay $69 for diagnosis which was never done just to get it back. Don't buy from them. Horrible service. Show less
