Contacted Camping World Dover, FL in the middle of April 2019 about a 2015 Tiffin Allegro Bus and trading in our 42 foot Holiday Rambler. After a number of calls, a deposit was sent and a date of May 9 was set to see/buy the coach. We were planning to leave May 6~~ received a call at 7 pm May 5 that there was a problem. Found out the middle of that week the odometer had shot to 1 million miles. Obviously waited until last minute to check. Call Tiffin? No, just going to try to register it at 1 million miles!! We called Tiffin and found it has been a problem said they’d overnight the part and pay installation Received call it would be ready on May 22nd and left the 21st. Arrived for a walk through on May 24th. The coach had never been cleaned. Dog hair and dirt in all the drawers. A dead frog that had been in the shower for months. Cupboard door hanging and to top it off an electrical box had just gone out that day and they had to order a new one. The coach when purchased New had a stackable washer and dryer, but that was gone along with the all inclusive one that was removed by the last owners. We decided to have a new stackable put in so all the people we dealt with were aware of this. John didn’t look at the bill but signed it and sure enough didn’t the parts manager put in the single all inclusive. When we noticed it he blamed my husband for not reading the invoice. Now we have been in their parking lot for 6 days while they worked on other trailers etc. and when we though they were finally going to put the right washer/dryer in the manager would not start the installation until John signed the credit card receipt. Not only did they charge to install both, they charged to take the wrong one back out. They left us leave with a wiper that almost flew off on the way home, the dash air conditioner stopped working 5 1/2 hours after we left, the row lights across the top of the coach have 4 bulbs burned out and the right brake light was burned out. A 6 day trip turned into 12. Not once did we see the general manager or sales manager and not once did anyone, except the salespeople, seemed liked they cared about selling the coach or helping to make things right. We’ve been home 2 weeks and there were parts supposedly being ordered from Tiffin and being sent to a Camping World near us. We a have a window that will not close. As of today no parts have been received. Our next move is to take the coach to Alabama to the Tiffin Company and have it completely gone over. I would definitely not advise anyone to buy any kind of coach, fifth wheel or trailer from Camping World. The work they do is very inferior. I will say we felt with 2 very nice salesmen and I truly felt they were embarrassed by the way this situation was handled.
