Never again. Bought 2022 Heartland Bighorn. Took possession of it. 9 days later fridge doesn't work. CW said to call CW in Utah where camper is. No answer. Called Chattanooga back and they said to call Heartland. In a nutshell no one will come out and fix or replace fridge. Had to spend another $2000 and buy one. All they care about is getting it off the lot. Salesman point blank said "Don't worry, if you tear the carpet or the fridge breaks we come to you." You don't even have to miss work. Lies. Husband drove all over Utah to see if anyone will fix. Good Sam said they'd haul it to repair but we have to pay to fix. Not covered in elite plan. Show less

The salesman was pushy fast, sly and slick, got a 3000.00 dwn payment. Had no idea it was non refundable. Make sure you have your glasses on and read every word before signing a purchase agreement. With that in mind it would be either buy a camper or lose 3000.00. Chose the camper I really wanted. The next day recon I thought new was better for aprox the same price. With a 1 full year warranty 2 years extra limited warrenty So I went with what I though was brand new. Got it home. Turned on the ac for a day all the seems coming apart. From wallpaper to even the bathtub seal looked horrible cause they already glued some. And that showed up in light something awful.needless to say it's at the service center hopefully getting fixed soon. After really reviewing the camper all day I realized just how uncomfortable it really is if your taller than 5'4" your feet will hang off the bed 6 in. With only a 5 min show of all the cool features. Take your time actually sit at the dinette and try out the bed. Craftmanship on this 2019 Coleman Lantern 274BH is cheap and already falling apart at every seam. I personally think it was in a flood too cause the wheels and suspension and even up to the outside heater vent was is rusted. Show less

We had a few struggles getting everything nailed down, but by the time we closed we were all on the same page. Overall a good experience. We felt we received a great price on the camper but regret taking the additional insurance for all the extras. Show less
