Sold me and my Dad a new Axis 2021 27.7. When driving it home after 15mins on the road, a service light comes on referring to error - "stability control needs service". We take it back to Camping World and they say it's not their problem, go talk to Ford who has the warranty. We go to Ford in Mountain Home and they have still not been able to fix it after 2 months and claim that the problem had to have been known by the dealer as it was driven several hundred miles across country to the Camping World in Boise before we bought it and must have had the same problem. The problem was there from the beginning and Camping World knowingly sold it to us. The light never comes on before 15 mins of driving so test driving it was OK. Ford is a big disappointment too. It's not safe to drive with stability control issues so we are stuck with no RV as it sits with Ford over 2 months and no resolution in sight. This is what you should expect from Camping World in Boise. A Father and son buy an RV to enjoy for the summer and we get stuck with a major headache, money losses and no working RV. No accountability, sold us a piece of crap that we have not been able to use and claim now that it is our problem to sort out with Ford. Ford seems totally unmotivated to fix with any sense of urgency. Stay away from this unethical dealership and do further research yourself. You won't like what you find. Many Better Business Bureau complaints with Camping World and dissatisfied customers with similar gaps in accountability for the products they sell. Disappointing the Idaho State AG is not doing something about this dealership. Do your research, I wish I had. Too much trust that the Idaho AG would shut down businesses that would do this to a customer and feel no responsibility. I now have no choice except expensive legal options but will hold these guys accountable. Idaho State AG, do you job . Don't let businesses like this run in Idaho and rip off senior citizens. You know how many complaints there are, why don't you act.
