Terrible customer service and lack of call backs or communication. These people are crooks. I told my sales person I would put $500 to hold a unit. I was told this was refundable if we decided not to move forward. We needed time to discuss and since no one in the finance dept was there we would have to wait to find out the terms. They charged my card for $1000. I said no big deal since it was refundable. We waited for financing rates/terms. All they could tell me was a “very low” monthly rate. This low monthly rate just happened to be for 15 years. In the meantime they “prepped” the unit despite the fact that we didn’t sign a finance agreement or do our walk through. We weren’t happy with the deal and decided not to move forward. Because the unit had been “prepped” (again despite the fact we didn’t have a sales agreement, financing etc) we were charged a “prep fee”.. which just happens to be $950. The general manager has been dodging calls since and every time I call I’m assured I’ll get a call back. We have yet to hear anything or get a refund. Stay away!! Show less

My family went into this location after leaving another camping dealership that was super disappointing to say the least. So our expectations were diminished and our guard was at an all time high while walking around the lot in Berkley ma. We were approached by a super friendly sales woman that proceeded to assist us and was super informative in every way possible. Not pushy at all, and insisted that we compare different options to ensure we ruled out the various models. I started to feel much better as more time went on. Lori then brought us inside where she sat us down to go over various options on the two different campers we narrowed it down between. She then went to get the GM of the entire dealership and introduced him to us. This very large guy came into the office and immediately put us at ease as soon as he spoke. After spending about 10 minutes with us we immediately knew this was the place to do business with. The GM was able to save us some money and fit the payment well within our budget. We highly recommend Jerry and Lori to everyone. Such an awesome place to do business. Clearly understand how they became number one dealer in the world. Go see this dynamic duo, tell them I sent you. I brought my RV in for a roof repair last month. I have called for updates on the repair.. I have emailed them, I have texted them. They refuse to update me. They do not return my calls, texts or emails. They have effectively stolen my RV. Show less

Very pleased with the time that was spent with us putting us in the camper that was a perfect fit for our needs. Looking forward to years of family fun in our new camper. We went in to look at a completely different camper but it wasn't going to fulfill our needs. These guys went out of their way to find something that was perfect for us. Thanks Gunner!! Show less
