We bought travel trailer from campers inn of Tucker Georgia. Sales staff was great the service department whole other story. When we bought travel trailer the glass had chip they said when the glass came in they would fix under warranty but the work that was done was absolutely horrible. The window had screws showing on the inside reach where it obvious it wasn’t right. They did nothing to correct issue. They said when another window came in they would ship to us to have fixed elsewhere. It’s been almost 2 years with nothing no word what so ever from them. My advice is to simply never take anything to this place to have fixed. Camping world is better and that’s not saying much.

Asking all friends and family to share this post *PLEASE HELP* We need this to go viral. πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»Do not go to Campers Inn of Tucker GA!πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ» We had first seen the fifth wheel camper that we loved at an Atlanta RV show about 2-3 years ago. We met the person that had designed the layout for the company. It was Campers Inn that had it at the show Forward to March 2020. We went to look at the camper again and worked with a salesman on the details. We needed to sell our house first and planned to become full time RVers. We sold our home and needed to be out by 4/22. We ordered our Grand Design Momentum 376 THS-R the end of April. We were told by the salesman that it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery. Due to Covid-19 the company would start manufacturing again the first week of May. We had to rent a house from a friend while waiting as we have two dogs and were only looking for something for 6-8 weeks, so we thought. After waiting the 6-8 weeks we called the salesman to see what was happening. After no call backs or responses to emails my husband called the sales manager. He said he’d look into it and get back to us. Nope! Not a word. We felt we deserved to know what was going on with our $126,000 unit. Where was it! When should we expect it? Finally the salesman called and said it would be in sometime between July 1-7. We started to plan on campsites to put it in figuring we would have it by 7/6-7 after the holiday weekend. So, the 7th came and no RV. We had to pay to cancel the campsite and also pay for rent as we were still in the house. We were told the 8th, but that Campers Inn needed 3 days to go through it, so we could get it on the 11th. New campsite reservations made and Oh also new appointments made to register vehicles in Florida. The date was delayed due to Covid-19 and delayed again due to a shortage of tractor trailer drivers, right! Paid to cancel campsite again and got new DMV appointments! We actually ended up getting it on 7/15 and dropping it off at another business to put the stackable washer and dryer in as they were $1,000 less than what Campers Inn was charging. During the waiting period for the RV we were told by the salesman that it may not have the camera system we asked for as the plant was out of parts and couldn’t hold up the production line. It did end up having the camera system and after much bitching, Campers Inn hooked it up free of charge. During the 2-3 hour walk through we noticed some issues with molding pieces not on or half hanging off. The person doing the walk through told us the repairs would be made, but he had been told to go through it quickly during their inspection. Really? The manufacturer and the dealer “supposedly” take days to go through the units to be sure everything is good to go, or so we were told!😏 So we waited for those to all be fixed! After living in it for a week we found many issues. Some small and some major. My husband called Campers Inn customer service a number of times, no call backs! He called Grand Design and got a case number and was told all issues would be covered. After many calls to Campers Inn, a serviceman gave us an appointment to bring it in. We were only back in town for 2 days. The day before the appointment the service manager called my husband and canceled the appointment. He went off on my husband and asked him who was paying for the work? He told my husband he cannot just tell them when we want an appointment and that with warranty work it would be at least 2 weeks before they could get us in. He then basically told my husband to take it somewhere else. Our solar system that we paid extra for is not working, our surround sound which was extra is not working, the door isn’t latching, a side compartment doesn’t lock, the toy hauler ramp could kill someone when it comes down and is not spring loaded to come down slow as it is supposed to, there is a piece missing on the arm of one awning, the One Control panel that runs everything is froze up, thankfully my husband can run it from his phone, the bedroom air conditioner sounds like a freight train when it comes on. The bed spread had a huge stain on it we noticed in the walk through so we are supposed to get another one. Apparently whatever was leaking soaked the memory foam mattress too and after 3 nights of sleeping on it, it had a huge dipped indentation where I was laying. We threw it out and put a new queen mattress in. Now we need a step stool to get up on it! Our retirement dream has turned into a nightmare. No one at Campers Inn will help us. They were all sooo nice before we got it. We are 2 weeks in now and searching for a mobile technician to come help. We have one, but we will have to pay up front and get reimbursed from Grand Design. Ridiculous! We have offered to bring it to the manufacturer in Indiana to get it fixed and we were told they wouldn’t be able to get us in until sometime in September. My experience with CampersInn, Tucker began back in March when I saw a 2018 NEW RC25 Quantum that caught my eye. I send an email asking if the price was final and Bernie Funk told me to give him an offer and it went downhill after that. Mark Polchlopek (Sales Manager) stated in an email back to Bernie that loss was not going to happen. The back and forth continued thru March, April, price was slowly trickling down... and then in May...the New Quantum became a used Quantum on their website...same vin number, same stock number. I asked Bernie about it and he said it was new and I said the website says it used. New/used???? Now it's June and the Quantum is still on the lot, listed as used...and I get a seond robo email because I pushed the magic button on the website to get a new price on the New/used Quantum. I sent it back, saying that I had already presented a price. 6 June - Mark reponds by emphatically stating he was LOSING x-amount of $$ and he couldn't do that and that he would wait for someone who will pay him x$$ and lose a lot less and that he wanted me to know why. I responded back that his math was wrong and explained how it was wrong. In the end I told him he could keep his Quantum and sell it to someone who would give him x$$ +tax+warranty+fees. I was done after 4 month and I was a retired veteran , and a govt employee and just couldn't afford $70,000.00. Magically he took in a preowned that is priced right and something about the Apple might be too big. June 8 - Bernie sends me an email and says my math is correct and to give him a call before they move it to Florida, or it is sold there and I could be on a trip this weekend in your NEW Motorhome....still used on the website. This was my response to the both of them....... Jun 9 at 10:29 PM I’m not sure if you 2 guys talk to each other...I told Mark that he won and he could keep that Quantum, with all its fees....Mark has already sent me carrot about a used one that just came on the lot...you might want read that series of emails between he and I. Now you sent another carrot saying my math is correct and in essence...I better jump on the bandwagon before it’s sold or disappears to Florida. Sooo, I’m not sure if because I’m a woman, or because I’m a senior or a vet ...But between the both of you being somewhat condescending, being told what isn’t going to happen, emails with words in caps, wrong information, new/used models..that maybe I would just blindly jump on a “deal”. I think I’ll keep looking. jmb The "Used" was New 2018 RC25 Quantum is still at campers inn Tucker, Ga on 13 June 2019........
