Found these guys on the internet when I was searching for a new camper and the GM messaged me back a few hours after submitting my request for additional info on the Arctic Fox line of campers. E-mailed back and forth during the week and agreed on a tentative deal on a new 2019 AF 990 with options I was able to select. So the wife and I flew up from San Diego to check them out in person ( and the campers ). They had a great assortment of different campers on their lot Bigfoot, Northern Lite, Adventurer, and of course the AF line with the 811, 865, and 990 models there as well. Arriving at the dealership when they opened in the AM we were greeted by the same GM ( Kevin ) and he spent some time with us getting all our answers covered and then sent us off with one of their sales associates to spend the day checking out any and all the campers they had to offer. We spent about 4 hours there comparing the different models side by side going from one to the other, taking pics and writing down measurements etc. for future reference. Then after deciding on a 2019 AF990 we went inside to do the paperwork and finalize the deal. Placed a (refundable) deposit to start the build at Northwood and agreed to return in about five weeks when it should be available to pick up. We returned almost five weeks exactly driving up to pick up the camper. Everything was as it should be, All options we picked were installed and we were ready for the trip home. Arrived home four days later after enjoying the trip slower than coming up and everything was perfect. Kevin (GM) was a stand up guy and the staff was helpful in any way they could be. I would definitely recommend this dealership anyway to anyone looking for a good place to compare different models against each other with zero pressure to purchase. 5 Star.

We bought this unit from them and it was listed as a 2020 but it is a 2019 with upgrades we did not ask for or want. They removed the trifold couch and installed worthless massage chairs so now it only sleeps 2 people. The original specification sheet showed a trifold couch but we didn’t get it. The unit is badly made and engineered even worse. We can’t get anyone from the appliance manufacture to replace the broken refrigerator power card. They didn’t seal the drip pan under the washer/dryer and it leaked all over the rug when we drained the water out of the filter to winterize it. There are to many problems to list and no one cares or stands behind their products.

Purchased our new 5th wheel from this dealer mid December 2019. It was last years model, not even at the location when we put the refundable holding fee down. My wife and I inspected the unit upon delivery to the dealer, looking for any major problems, knowing the unit still had to go through the PDI. We paid for the unit with a cashiers check after our initial inspection. I ASSUMED they would inspect and test all components as the PDI required. When I arrived for the scheduled delivery/walkthrough/how to use everything, it became very apparent the service department did not do their job. As we approached the coach, the auto leveling system was going wonky, one side of the axles were 6-8" off the ground, while the front corner was lowered all the way. My trusty walkthrough 'companion' ran to the controls and shut them off. "We'll get that fixed". We walked through, I asked detailed questions, some answered correctly, but most were showing me the incompetence he strutted. After the cloud of building materials cleared from turning the air conditioner on, he assured me that the pile of rubbish on the bed was normal, and would have to deal with it for quite sometime. "You know, rocking the coach around wIll distribute this". Off to sign the papers! I was handed the PDI, checked and signed, and told it has been taken care of, "just sign this". Out to hook up the new coach! ...Oh but wait, what about the wonky leveling system??? About an hour and a half later, they found the rear jacks were wired in reverse, left to right right to left. What about the PDI? I wanted out of there, knowing very well that I am more capable to fix anything than this crew. After backing under the hitch, the pin box was very close to my tailgate. I asked repeatedly if the could move the fifth wheel mounting ahead 2", but the ringleader assured me that was too much trouble for them. Even after his coworkers agreed it would help and could be disastrous not to move it. Made it home carefully. When I voiced my dissatisfaction to the salesman, he assured me the owner would be aware of this situation. Two days later the service manager called me, assuring me they did the PDI, maybe just not as thorough as they should have. I'd had it at this point and told him where to go. I also immediately called the salesman and told him "this was the worst transaction I had ever been a part of, I wish I had never walked into your dealership". To the Owners credit, I received a letter a few days later. He apologized for everything, took complete responsibility, and offered to pay any dealer to fix all the issues that this trailer was still having. He even sent a check with the memo: "customer goodwill". He tried to make it right, way too late and and not received well. I returned his check with a note of my own. After all of this, all I can hope is that this company will get back on course. A few years of great times can be costly, and this is a perfect example of complacency at its best. I would avoid this place at all costs for quite some time, they need to earn back the respect of the customer. BTW, they did not even offer to vacuum the bUilding materials off the bed!
