I took my new camper out for the first time the c o 2 detector went off all night so I called Apache camping center where I bought it to see if there was any easy fix the man told me the battery was low I said no it wasn’t and he said don’t say no to me so that upset me so then he told me to just cut the thing out of there and they would fix it later I was not satisfied with that answer so I called and asked for the manager he said he didn’t think his guy did anything wrong so I left it at that so I made an appointment. To have the thing fixed also they are fixing the solar panel because it is not charging the battery and a recall on the stove when I dropped it off they said it would be fixed the next day so I called them when I got home and ask if it would be done today they said they were not finished and would call me back waited home all afternoon no call the next day I called they said they had to order a part for the solar charger they told me they were gonna get it fixed bye the end of the week no call when I called they said no big deal they are waiting on the part and don’t know when it will be there another week gose bye no call so I stopped by to see if they knew what was going on with the part when i got there they said they were waiting on the C O2 detector I told her that they told me that was done and they were waiting on the part for the solar panel then they couldn’t find the paperwork so I still didn’t know what is going on they said they would call me when they know I don’t believe it sales was a great experience but no customer service I will not do business with them ever again Show less
