Once you pull your rv off the lot, they're done with you. Purchased mine in June of 2020. It's only 2 years old and the refrigerator doesn't cool any more. Called their service department twice and no one answered the phone. Left a message which states they'll return your call in a few hours. Not only didn't they do so, they didn't return the call at all. My husband called again and once again, no one answered the phone. He called the sales office and explained that no one answers the phone in Service or returns your call and all she did was transfer him to their voice mail. Guess what -- no one called him back. Delivery was delayed by Month's. Lost 2 deposit's for camping. When finally delivered had a list of defects from the Factory. After the first scheduled appointment to have them fixed in which they did nothing after sitting there for 3 weeks. Got a call 6 month's after the purchase and was told the parts are in and they will ship them to me and I can do my own warranty repairs. They will not touch it even though they promised all would be fixed. This comes from Top Brass there. They don't give a flying F about you after they have your money. Show less
