Dealership was like all dealerships, deceivers! They tell you lies that you're gullible enough to swallow. Took our 23pack15 to SC to pick up our little runabout. Spent a week at KOA with nice bathrooms so we just used those. Got home and parked it for a year until I retired. Took off in Nov 2020 for NM. On the way here our door kept popping open, even when locked. When we finally reached out destination hubby checked it out. THE STRICKER PLATE WAS TOO LOW!! We wondered why it was always so hard to lock. A week here the toilet started to leak sticky sewer water...go figure found out there was a recall on this model! Hubby took it out and thought he fixed it but three weeks later he had to take it out again! He thinks this last time did the trick but it's only been a week!! Then the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut! Again STRICKER plate didn't line up and the hole wouldn't let him move it, so he left the plate off. Of course as all this is going on the shower was leaking everytime we took one. I checked it out and no caulking on the section that gets the flow from the nozzle!! Really this has been a camper from hell! Now we're starting to get a stench every so often and again our entry door keeps popping open. BTW the mattress also sucks!! Now we're waiting to see what else will go wrong! It's a good thing my husband is such a super handyman because we're in Rodeo, NM. If you search it you'll find we are MILES away from help. Quality workmanship is non existent in this toy hauler!!!!!! Show less
