I wanted to let folks know about the great help we recently received from Airstream Las Vegas. They were simply outstanding! We were in Reno, heading to Las Vegas. On a Saturday. I did a quick look around before we took off and discovered what looked like a broken stabilizer bolt. No repair available on a Saturday in Reno - so we called Airstream Las Vegas. This was before 8 am, and Troy answered. What a great guy. He really took time with us and asked us to send pictures. He got a tech and they looked at the photos in real time. We got things in traveling condition and drove carefully down to Vegas. Troy was working on finding the parts (if the bolt had broken - it was a repair that involved welding). He sent us an estimate if the problem was a broken bolt - very fair and reasonable for the work. He checked on us along the way and we spoke several times. Troy said they would make time and get us in anytime that next week - whatever worked for us. WOW! Part way down we figured out that the bolt had not broken (the end of the bolt was rough - so it only seemed like it had) - and it was just the locking nut that had fallen off. Yay! Troy was quite happy for us. He reiterated that they would make time and get us in anytime that next week - whatever worked for us. We checked in to our hotel and went to Las Vegas Airstream the next week. Troy met us and introduced us to Charlie the service manager. Robyn the service tech went right out to our 19' International. He had a new nut and washer on in a few minutes. And - no charge (we tried to pay, but they said no). They were all simply superb! Knowledgable, professional, kind and responsive. We wholeheartedly recommend Las Vegas Airstream - they got us through a very stressful situation and got us down the road. Thank you Troy, Robyn, Charlie and Airstream Las Vegas!!! Show less

Very good dealership, not pushy or uppity for an Airstream dealer. They are very down to earth. We bought a 27fb Ying cloud. We have owned it 2 years and are very happy with the quality of the Airstream brand. I am glad we paid a bit more for an Airstream They hold their value and are aerodynamic, so your tow vehicle gets better gas mileage than a fifth wheel or heavy trailer. We put our dirt bike & quad in the back of the F250, and tow the Airstream like a breeze. We detach and can visit anywhere, because we have a trailer versus a motor home (having to lug around a tow vehicle). Love our Airstream. Show less
