2023 Entegra Coach reviews

Bought in 2023 and has been nothing but a lemon. Unfortunately La Mesa RV in Phoenix can't seem to fix any of the issues. The only issue they were abel to fix is to flush out the winterizing at my expense instead of doing it at delivery. Threamostate has not worked since day one. The Ac will run day and night and you will have to have to manually get up during the night to adjust it. The TV scan function and the exterior antana do not work. When you take it to LA Mesa in Phoenix, don't not expect you RV will be left clean upon return. They absolutely have no respect for the customers property. Show less

I have owned my Entegra Odyssey 24B for about 3 months and have made about 6 trips in it so far. I would warn anyone considering buying an Entegra Coach RV: The quality is atrocious! It is actually an embarrassment to US manufacturing that products so poorly constructed are sold. The main exterior door has never closed properly since I purchased the RV. After adjusting, either the deadbolt can latch or the door latch will work, but never both. I have had problems with the slide not working intermittently and often the refrigerator cuts out when operating on propane. This is a big problem if not noticed immediately. The shower drain PVC pipe broke the first time the shower was utilized and the shower door latches have broken after about four uses. The cab seats are technically able to swivel but trying to do so takes so much effort that they essentially do not rotate. The Ford chasis with the 7.3 liter V8 has decent power for towing but is void of nearly any technology from the past 30 years. I know that RV overall quality is poor and has become worse over the last 3 years but the Entegra Coach RV quality is extremely poor. I haven't attempted to use the warranty service yet as I figured I would wait and try to get some additional use before the season ends. Show less

Well let's start from the beginning, this motorhome has spent more time in the repair shop than on the road. all kinds of electrical issues from day one. leveling jacks not working, outlets not working, shorts in the wiring. We contacted Entegra about our issues and they pretty much blew us off. Oh. the Motorhome is only 4 mouths old. Show less

I think although the young lady did a great job of providing a good walkthrough and orientation on my delivery day , I must have not been paying attention on how to fill the fresh water tank. I called the West Sacramento location and spoke to a really great guy by the name of Matt. H went out of his way to walk me through and where and how to turn the appropriate valves in the right direction in order to fill, run on shore (RV PARK WATER) as well as dry camp and use the water pump settings THANK YOU MATT!!!!!!!!!!
