Buyer beware!!! Bought new in 2/23. Used several times. Front of drawers literally fell off. No ladder for bunks. Shower door falling apart. Had to get new screws for it. Outside trim screws came out after using 3 times. Hot water l tank cracked. Less than 30days after 1 year warranty And keystone won’t cover it. Warranty from keystone is worthless. Crappy travel trailer that literally falls apart pulling it down the highway. Keystone is a joke. Please look for something else and don’t make the same mistake I made.

One of the recliners broke, it was stapled together, the A/C to D/C converter stopped working and had to be replaced, MULTIPLE water leaks at the city water connection, the shower, the toilet, the water heater. The dinette table wabbles and won’t be staying long. This is a brand new camper and within the first year of owner ship it has been a constant project. I would not recommend buying this new

First night driving down the road-both ceiling speakers fell down from ceiling. Not secured in flimsy ceiling right. 500 miles from dealer and not driving back. DIY a fix to keep them in ceiling. Less than two weeks into trip both bug screens are falling down. Plastic tabs gone in 3 out of 4 places. Electric plug to tow vehicle coming apart. Interior frame on paneling at head of king bed was not put together correctly. Gap so big you could put your hand through space from bottom to halfway up window. Got service center to do warranty item repairs, however more showed up after warranty was over after one season of use. Roof leaking around wireless satellite receiver, roof seams, 2 out of four downspouts, front of trailer, back of trailer seams all gapping now. Realize we only used the trailer one month in 2022 after we bought it. 2023 was spent in service center due to parts shortages and whatever. We only spotted leak on seat cushion when we went to pick it up from center and they hunted down all the gaps. (we hope!). Then the electrical plug for the 2 lazy boy seat features stopped working and the service center has to hunt down the cause. All fuses checked out okay. Theater style seating was held back on platform by 4 screws at an angle to try and keep them on it during travel> Failed to do so every time. we had to move them back on the platform each time. Good idea, poor execution. I would avoid this feature at all costs and go with standard sofa. After all thesse headaches and the way Keystone says the big interior frame gap is "within factory specs and not a warranty item" we are trading this trailer as fast as we can in May 2024 for a different brand.

The camper is 4 out of 5. Be forewarned that Keystone probably will not stand behind their warranty. I have had an a/C issue and a Water heater issue that Keystone completely blew me off on. they assumed on the water heater that since it had been a while since I had heated water with lp gas that it must be an insect clogging the gas line. the only way to know for sure would be an inspection of water heater. I sent pictures and water heater looked brand new no insects dirt or other items to clog gas line. They do their best to avoid even looking at the problem much less fixing it. I will not purchase any units in the future that are Keystone related. by the way this is my fourth unit. so I have a few years experience with rvs. BEWARE!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND KEYSTONE! We traded in our 2019 fully paid off sporttrek touring edition because our family composition changed and we needed bunks instead of a couples destination RV. We went with keystone because we heard the rave reviews about how great they are at upholding their warranties and how they back up the buyer and fix any issues CORRECTLY instead of finding the cheapest way to HIDE the issue. WELL IN MY OPINIONAND CURRENT EXPERIENCE, THEY DONT BACK UP THERE POORLY MADE PRODUCT, AT LEAST NOT OURS (THAT BTW IS AN ALMOST 50K PRODUCT!) We have an issue with the roof (STILL UNDER WARRANTY) where the staples have backed out in 2 separate locations and are almost poking through the rubber roof membrane AND the wood under them is very unstable and moving. There are areas around the outer edge of the roof line that are supposed to be sealed by the factory that was not seal AT ALL! The RV dealer actually agreed to seal the outer edge (I'm praying there won't be issues later but it is documented) after they said no because we missed some tiny window of roof repair after purchase.. BUT they quickly changed their mind and decided to fix it when I explained to them that as a consumer, I do not make these units so I was unaware that was an issue until I found the staples poking almost totally through the rubber membrane, the wood roofing part totally moving and was told the absence of the sealant was a HUGE issue as well.. Keystone now wants to place a "cap" over the areas that the staples are coming through the roof as a fix yet that does not stop the staples from penetrating through the rubber roofing membrane and it DOES POSE AN ISSUE that water can still get in under the cap(s) and damage the roof and we'd have no advanced warning that the roof is leaking and causing damage until it's too late. When I spoke to Keystone it's self and told them their OWN REPAIR COMPANY SAYS ITS NOT A PROPER FIX AND THEY WOULDNT DO IT ON THEIR OWN RV, and the proper fix is to roll back the roof and fix the improperly installed areas, KEYSTONE ASKED ME IF IM PAYING FOR IT TO GO NACK TO FACTORY AND HAVE IT FIXED PROPERLY.... UMM... NO!... ITS A BUILD ISSUE NOT A CUSTOMER ISSUE! So much for their warranties and their extended warranties.. This is not over.. KEYSTONE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT IMO!

From a fridge that hasn't worked since day 1, to all the panels peeling, to trim falling off, screws falling out, doors falling off, lights coming unglued, plumbing leaks... the list goes on and on. This thing is BRAND NEW, Costs a fortune and is an absolute piece of garbage. It's spent more time at the dealership getting fixed than we've used it, and every time we use it, something else falls apart. STAY AWAY!!!!! I want so badly to take this thing back to the dealer and trade it in, but after a year I'm sure it's worthless. Should have walked when it took over 8 months for it to be delivered, when the factory "lost it" on their lot. RUN AWAY

We bought the Springdale 293RK loved the coloring and the layout was what we were looking for. Once we started using it realized the craftsmanship was poor. It is like it was thrown together. Noticed in cupboard doors they pieced parts together a d can notice it more than when first got it. Can see the staple marks throughout the trailer. We already had a major leak in the outside quick connect the plastic nut they used cracked in half and water leaked out from under the trailer and in kitchen floor area. Got that fixed and the toilet foot pedal started leaking. The one shelf above the bed came apart and we have only had 1 year. We replaced the awning a couple of months after having it as we called the dealer they wanted to charge us to come to the seasonal site to look at it and tell us if it was covered under warranty but likely wouldn't be, so we had a.local RV repair shop come replace it. Now I get a.recall letter on the awning and have to fight with warranty company to get money back. Beware if gonna buy hope you never have to use the warranty.

Leaky sink, now leaky spectic, leaky toliet. NOW THE SLIDEOUT WONT OPEN OUR TRAILER, I wished I read reviews before purchasing! . Just like other reader stuck! But if enough of us complain w/ BBB and call an attornery for a Class action maybe we can get some compensation or longer warranty on our RV's, I see older Rvs and people seemed very pleased. For my first time purchasing a big purchase I feel stressed and very upset and stuck with this trash. Looks nice but made very cheap and the compnay where I purchased should be shame to have this on their lots..
