Then we get it back and it's worse. They say Keystone will not cover it, I track out to them am ignored, told my warranty ended. Show them emails that I set up the service before it ended but they dissent spell out the problem and Camping World is not helping. I have reached out to everyone from lower to higher ups with no response or was treated likes I was the problem. Stay away from both of these companies, they are not for the customer!!

We bought it after looking at them at the dealer, great lay out for us and fancy enough to go on family trips. The quality is not there, falling apart since day 1!
1. Awning ripped within a week at the seams and left arm bent making it hard to extend and retract.
2. All trim pieces popping off these are not glued, all staples, nails holding ceiling backing off.
3. AC unit in master bedroom not properly sealed, allowing moisture to build up and drain inside bedroom from condensation. Talk about quality control!
4. Discoloration on floors, almost like moisture is trapped between the flooring and vinyl flooring causing a mold like discoloration. Also, screws backing off under vinyl flooring by kitchen island. Flooring not properly glued down, peeling off.
5.Bunkroom ceiling, this is a HUGE one. Bubbling from water sipping in. This condition has worsen since discovery, this was documented during the first week it was delivered, NOW I actually just discovered that water found its way inside. Again, this was like this since delivery but now it is actually worst and you can see water damage.
6.Draining valves are weak and garbage. Oh by the way these are mislabeled!!! I can't even understand their quality control process, oh yeah NONE!
7.Tires are CHINA BOMBS!! they suck, not good, had blow outs within 1000miles and tore the fenders and damaged the sides.
8.Sliding doors in bathroom and bunkroom misaligned but they do the job.
9.Spare tire mount, why even have one? it sucks.
10.Propane tank valve inoperable would not turn.
I have taken to the dealer to try to get them repaired, but as it always happens, BEST WARRANTY but painful to get them to honor it. Let's not even talk about how long it takes for them to just give the green light for repairs. WILL NOT EVER BUY ONE AGAIN!!

One of the recliners broke, it was stapled together, the A/C to D/C converter stopped working and had to be replaced, MULTIPLE water leaks at the city water connection, the shower, the toilet, the water heater. The dinette table wabbles and won’t be staying long. This is a brand new camper and within the first year of owner ship it has been a constant project. I would not recommend buying this new

Problems with ours started on day one of usage, the heater did not work and there were multiple leaking water lines. Simple fix of doing a “master reset” and tightening stuff, but still…
Pros: tows decently. Floor plan was decent.
Cons: made cheap with little to no quality control.I would have given a zero, but wasn’t an option Example of things that happened with our brand new trailer in the first year; fireplace heater fan quit working, refrigerator would not work with electric (as soon as propane is gone, your S.O.L.), refrigerator coolant line ruptured, screws under linoleum (8 total), pantry shelves collapsed (put together with staples, really?!), all jack fault, grey and black tank level sensors erroneous readings, closet rod mounts busted, drawer slide broke, counter (bathroom sink) not sealed adequately, wardrobe slide would not actuate, chipped wall/wallpaper from manufacturer, both batteries went bad, inadequate hardware installed multiple locations, piss-poor sealing on undercarriage, and water pump will not prime in winterizing-mode… There’s a bunch more that occurred and was discovered, but that gives you pretty good picture of the “quality” I was fortunate enough to deal with.
You know why you get a 1-year warranty on the purchase of a new trailer? Because they know they just sold you a piece of guaranteed crap. According to my service guy, the manufacturer expects to pay about 30% of the sale price in warranty work. How the heck are these ass-clowns still in business?
Most people don’t spend enough time in their trailers in the first year to experience most of the problems they will face, until their “warranty” is up that is. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy new for one. Don’t spend more than $20K on one of these either. You’re already going to end up spending a small fortune to keep it in operational condition.

First night driving down the road-both ceiling speakers fell down from ceiling. Not secured in flimsy ceiling right. 500 miles from dealer and not driving back. DIY a fix to keep them in ceiling. Less than two weeks into trip both bug screens are falling down. Plastic tabs gone in 3 out of 4 places. Electric plug to tow vehicle coming apart. Interior frame on paneling at head of king bed was not put together correctly. Gap so big you could put your hand through space from bottom to halfway up window.
Got service center to do warranty item repairs, however more showed up after warranty was over after one season of use. Roof leaking around wireless satellite receiver, roof seams, 2 out of four downspouts, front of trailer, back of trailer seams all gapping now. Realize we only used the trailer one month in 2022 after we bought it. 2023 was spent in service center due to parts shortages and whatever. We only spotted leak on seat cushion when we went to pick it up from center and they hunted down all the gaps. (we hope!). Then the electrical plug for the 2 lazy boy seat features stopped working and the service center has to hunt down the cause. All fuses checked out okay.
Theater style seating was held back on platform by 4 screws at an angle to try and keep them on it during travel> Failed to do so every time. we had to move them back on the platform each time. Good idea, poor execution. I would avoid this feature at all costs and go with standard sofa.
After all thesse headaches and the way Keystone says the big interior frame gap is "within factory specs and not a warranty item" we are trading this trailer as fast as we can in May 2024 for a different brand.

To Keystone. We bought a camper a 2022 Carbon 338 in May 2022 and when we did our first walk through we found many problems and of course the dealer wrote them all down and said we will get it all fixed, the next day we took our camper on our first trip we noticed there were many more problems, the bathroom sink counter top was cracked, there was a pea size hole in the bottom side of our shower and No hot water and problems with the awning going in and out both back deck and main awnings, we’ll finally got an appointment July 13,2022 to bring in the camper in to be all fixed, well the wrong side of the screen door was ordered and everything else they said they are waiting on Keystone to approve in the warranty dept. pictures were all taken when we found problems and sent to the dealer and again when we brought the camper back July 13, then the called in August for us to bring camper in because they said the warranty dept needed pictures of the problems, they have 2sets of pictures but had to drive it back 1 1/2 hours away and $100.00 in gas each trip that our camper still did not get fixed.. So here our camper sits that we are paying for and can’t really go camping with no hot water , take a shower or can’t use the awnings, the slider door to our rear deck and other things not working properly. Had to cancel trips, lost money , this experience has made someone who loved camping to not liking it at all.. seems like poor workmanship on your end and very poor dealer customer service all they do is want you to buy then excuse after excuse Please see what you can do we went to the service manager and all he says all waiting on Keystone I have all paper work showing everything that is wrong with the camper I will attach in this email
Here is a list of everything we found wrong : bathroom counter sink cracked, hot water tank, toilet gasket, outside valve for holding tank leaking, bolts in the underbelly were never put back, bathroom floor creaking , auto level hyd tank was leaking, hole in shower , party deck rail only 1 bolt holding it on , hooks for steps on party deck were not there, screen in bedroom window wrong size , rain gutter was leaking in back of awning , party deck awning would not open, main awning would not retract, side door hinges were coming off, solar battery was swelled to 3 times the size it should be they replaced battery not solar said no parts… expensive camper for everything wrong
