Drove from kc to Dallas to get the last one I could find new so I would not have to work on somthing that's new..the caulk they used didn't set up on the roof..some steel screws not sealed at all.one roof vent top is caulked one not. First time climbing down the Lippert base came off as 4 -5/8 penitration screws didn't hold..2 screws had sealant for screws 2 still had paper on it so they were not sealed. The gutter spouts are really weak so add more caulk. The trim inside is terrible in spots.one cabinet door is 3/4 inch lower than the other so not only crooked the door doesn't seal when shut.the u shape dining seat trim is 1/4 short so it caught my pants. It pulled ok with3/4 ton.when I got home one chair was in the kitchen. Again 1 -5/8 screw was torn out of the floor..one small screw to hold down a recliner. I got alot of pictures .I'm a member of holiday ramblers and we will do alot of talking about Twilight.

We have owned the cruiser radiance for roughly 2 months and used it twice. The floorplan is great and the looks of it are great, but that's where the fun ends. The build quality of this unit is absolutely horrible. The first time we took it camping, one of the window shades completely pulled out of the wall. Two screws only held into 1/8 inch particle board. That particle board was only held up by 6-7 quarter inch staples. I fixed that myself the right way. The second time we went out, one of the kitchen cabinets pulled out of the wall by the mounting screws. (And there was nothing but 2 loaves of bread in it at the time!) After further inspection there is signs of very poor quality materials all over this camper. After paying nearly $40,000 for this unit after trading in our 2019 Jayco Jay Feather only to have more space, we feel as though we have been robbed. We do not blame our dealer because they were more than helpful to us. But we will never buy another Cruiser brand RV.

This is our 3rd RV, first Cruiser branded one. We picked it up in October of '22 and have now been on 3 trips. I love the floor space and outside kitchen. The dinette could be a little wider but it's pretty standard. Our first shakedown we had no AC and on our last night found a leak from the city water connection that warped the bathroom sink cabinet. Warranty service was easy but during the inspection they found 4 loose screws in the roof and the "authorized" repair is to cover them with sewer vents. Not happy with that at all. Since I'm going from 4 small holes to really big randomly located caps Interior fit and finish is pretty bad, there is stain from the finish all over the walls, and some of the trim looks like a drunk person cut it with a steak knife. I've fixed 3 doors that didn't latch and re-glued the insert on every center panel cabinet door because the center panel just falls out. Hot glue In the corners doesn't cut it! I've used two tubes of caulk resealing the sink and shower. Renailed and glued trim pieces because of none or few staples and a tube of gutter sealant to close a leak outside right above the entry door that the factory installation at the seam was literally a piece of electrical tape. As i work through all these little issues I feel like it will be a good camper, but I'm wishing now I had bought the extended warranty.

The RV has a great lay out but the workmanship is crap. This is the 3 trailer I have owned and the worst in quality. Every time we have used it some issue. 1) The main door steps were so out of square the door did not close completly you can see light on the bottom. The striker plate had to be shimmed out with 3 cut washers so it would latch. I had to take out the steps and put them in square, and then I was able to remove the washer shims. 2) The sliding king bed plastic rails were also put in out of square, so that when you would move it to on side it would pop out and when you got to the camp ground the cabinet was the only thing that kept it from falling off. 3) The cabinet door on the bottom were so out of square they would not close needed to drill new holes. 4) Water line at the pump leaked because the clamps were not tight. 5) One of the angles that holds the fresh water tank broke loose because the self drilling screws were not alinged with the cross member. Had to drain the tank till I got to a place where I could fix it. 6) The front, left side storage door would come open because in too was put in out of alingment. Had to remove the stop screw and adjust. 7) The stablizer jack breaker was install with only one screw, so when it was tightned, it moved so close to the hot terminal in the rain it burned out. Had to replace and installed it correctly. My worst trailer ever.

We had purchased our RV shadow cruiser at bluedog rv in Troutdale ,oregon . I will start out saying it was the best service upfront me and my wife has ever had. Once we took it off the lot thats when it all went to crap. We had purchased our rv becuase i am disabled and it has everything that i need for me to be able to go camping. We started having problems with alot of basic little items like trim that was not tack up correctly our have of the trim not tacked at all, then parts of the wall was not properly tacked up as well, the bed was broke and slide back and forth, screws where stripped on the outside so I had to redo about half of them with bigger screws and I silicone them as to not have any problems.when we took it in to have the warranty work done they where nice upfront But they never completed there work and they left the trailor a mess and we also had grease hand prints all over inside the trailor.not once did they ever call use our return any calls as promised. We where the ones that had to call them to find out how things where going. Finally after talking to the finance manager, then the cruiser rep, we call the manufacturer in Idaho where the trailor was made. The are going to have to take it back to the factory to remove the hole side wall because the welds did not hold and the side wall and the back wall of the trailor is separating. The only person that ever returned our call and was able to help use was Ryan at Cruiser RV. IN Idaho. We have used our trailor one time for 5 days and it has been getting stuff fixed in it every since. We have currently had the trailor for three month's. It's will be at least another 2 our 3 months before we will be getting our trailor back from the cruiser rv factory in Idaho. This is where the trailor was originally made. This has been the WORST experience we have ever had after purchasing a RV.

I like that they use azdel and real plywood and believe this will help the life of the camper. The oversized heating and air systems work great.

We traded in a 2020 leprechaun motorhome for a twilight cruiser 2620., What a mistake! I sat in one of the recliner and went to get up and the recliner tip forward because they weren't secure to the floor. While we were eating the dining table fell down on our laps. The lock release wasnt mounted correctly to secure the table in the up position. We were in a terrible thunderstorm that lasted an hour and half. I was checking the RV for leaks and found that the slide out was leaking and water covered the kitchen floor and carpet under the table. The 360 antennas are useless. Cant pick up any local signal's for channels. As far as I'm concerned this purchase was a lemon. Never again. Will I buy a product from this manufacturer!!!! Truly Discussed

Love the layout of the travel , but workmanship in trailer very poor. We have written cruiser rv about the sawdust on the bed and floors every time we stop, and never received an answer. Now every time we stop we find nails and screws and sawdust on floor an bed, don’t know where they are from. We constantly have water on our bathroom floor, we checked the water lines and everything seems fine, and our bathroom cabinet is all bubbled at the bottom, we even removed the access panel for cleaning up the water. Every time we open the door under the table bench the trim come apart. We bought this trailer in April 2022.
