We purchased this travel trailer for camping excursions with the family in the Fall of 2021. We took it out ~5 times during the 2022 season. On the 5th trip (Sept 2022) the read bumper began to sag and warp under the weight of the spare tire and two children's bicycles. The entire bumper was rusted through, including where it was attached to the RV frame. Keystone rejected the claim citing that damage due to rust was not covered. Imagine buying a RV and expecting it to develop rust substantial enough to warp a bumper in < 1 year of ownership with light use? Their customer support was poor, requiring frequent calls to follow up on the claim. Just waiting for the next piece to fall off.

The brochure states a 60 gal fresh, 60 gal gray and 40 gal black... we have been boondocking many times now, the exact reason that i bought a travel trailer. We use 1/3-1/2 of the freshwater tank and my gray water is filled up. Happens time and time again, so i bring it home and i capacity test the gray tank at about 33 gallons. Talk with the dealer and they say who knows what they put in there... so i drop the belly pan to check the label. 35-gallon tank for my gray. Call keystone and they say it was built as designed, disclaimer on the back of the brochure says we may not use the parts listed. Over and over i get the runaround. 30 foot trailers with 4 bunks and a queen bed dinette and couch.... i get a 35 gallon gray tank... thanks a lot keystone. I have also made countless repairs for things falling off walls, and doors being installing improperly, slider door tracks falling off the walls. All of which i can deal with. the 35 gallon gray tank i cannot.

The material is very cheap. The windows sweat so much that water leaks down the walls and has warped the floor. This has caused a lot of mold. If it has rained a day or two, everything in the camper is damp. The counter top was replaced because of damage when we bought it in June of 2021( brand new) When they took the counter top off it was barely secured the screws were only 1/4 in long so they barely caught the braces. The new counter top is starting to warp and the plasticy stuff that covers them is beginning to pull off the partical board. The 1st week we had it, the plastic sink fell out with very little weight in it. There is a lot of wasted space for storage, it looks like there is a lot of storage but the cabinets are deep but no shelves, just empty space. The furniture is very cheap. The refrigerator went out right away, the dealer gave us a loaner but it took almost 5 months to get a new one. The heating/ ac is very loud. We find screws all over, even in bed, that fell out of the walls and from the cabinets. We were told that a half ton truck would pull the camper fine. That’s not true at all. This camper is not worth the price at all.

Great floor plan and live ability. Walk around queen and rear dinette seating with three windows is awesome. A few quality issues.. the Dometic fridge control panel quit working, 8 weeks for parts? Last trip, and first time time I filled the fresh water tank full due to 6 days of planned dry camping, the tank fell out from under the trailer while driving. Was held in place with 6 small sheet metal screws. Bad design, hope to see bolts in there when it gets fixed under warranty. Every time after we drive somewhere we find a screw on the floor inside from things vibrating loose. Even the back of the furnace panel fell off. Lots of little inexpensive improvements could make this a really awesome trailer, like a battery shut off switch…

We stayed in the trailer for about a week and started noticing all the problem with it The slide door would not close all the way and the siding was bowing out while traveling down the road Wall plugs were not secured and we can go on and on with problems We returned it to be repaired by the distributor Crestview, its been there since July and nothing has been done. They said they would have to get with the distributor because the RV was so badly built that it was going to take basically a complete rebuild. They said they would have to get with the manufacturer and hope that they would uphold their warranty. Now they are not returning our calls I would love to return and get my money back because I was sold a lemon. Do not, I warn, do not buy a Springdale Keystone RV

So far, so good but . . . The rubber around all the outside compartments are too short and roll off the corners. They’ve provided an outside TV bracket without the hardware. We were told to contact manufacturer for hardware IF we want that feature! Why screw the hardware without the bracket?? We wish the Jack’s were leveling Jacks, but, we like the inside floor plan and it gives us the space we need. We also have to cut the panel underneath in order to winterize the unit, which is a pain in the butt.
