My Keystone Passport GT is a piece of junk. It is a 2021 and is a 2400 RB. Nothing but problems out of it and horrible management and Keystone could care less. This is based on my own personal opinion and experience. I also climbed the back ladder and it broke and they claim I told them it was cracked and then I did it. Not true ! It cracked because of me climbing it and no sticker on it telling the weight limit. I had a warped refrigerator door, warped cabinet door. Both sliding doors coming off the tract. Top of shower coming apart. Sharp edges on some of the wood. The bed was not the original bed. Someone switched it out and the whole bottom of it was ripped. The wood on the right side of the bed was all chewed up. Sawdust still coming out everywhere. Light covers come of everywhere in the camper after you have been on the road. The GE A/C is so loud that you can barely hear the TV. Lot more stuff I found. I find the Director Of Operations rude and unprofessional for Keystone RV. Please buy a Forest River or something else but I would stay away from Keystone RV. Please do your research before you buy a Keystone. Message me for a ton of complaints about them.

We previously owned a 2004 wildwood, so pulling the passport was so smooth the way the rig was engineered was to be arrow dynamic with the wind and keystone nailed it. a Second, actually setting up the unit at the campsite was a breeze my husband and I had it down to 15/20 minute set up. The time consuming thing is and always was filling up the tanks and dumping. The passport GT has all the bells and whistles.. down to the blue party lights and outdoor entertainment..our family loved this camper and I’m sure yours will too.

I have a 2021 Keystone Passport GT 2400RB. It's a piece of JUNK. I have made five or six 300 mile round trips to have my camper worked on. Fridge door warped. Cabinet door warped. Big chunk of plywood was missing from the end of the bed and splintered out. Someone took a new bed out of another camper and replaced it with a used one that was ripped on the bottom, Stabilizer jacks only worked on one side. Top of shower door was broken. Every single time I drove the camper somewhere, about half of the light covers would giggle loose and come off. Last time I took it to get something fixed, 5 of them had fallen off the inside of the camper. Bedroom and Bathroom doors would keep coming off the track. Shades screws in two places just popped out of the wall. One more shade will not come down. Sawdust still comes out everywhere after you have taken it somewhere. Most have been fixed. Here is the kicker. I climbed on the ladder on the back of the camper to walk on the roof and the ladder broke and I fell on the hard surface on my back. In bed for a total on and off for over 2 weeks. Did Keystone care? Not one single bit. I was given a $750.00 goodwill check with extra attached to it for a new mattress I bought. That didn’t even make a dent in my losses of lots of money. That doesn't count the injury to me due to the negligence of Keystone RV for not securing a ladder on the back of the camper correctly. I have had my camper for 6 months. That is half of the factory warranty. I asked them to extend my warranty and they refused. They asked me what I wanted. I said I would settle for $5000.00 and extend my warranty. They refused that also. I am going to let the news media, the Attorney General’s office, the court system, and do other things so this doesn’t happen again to someone else. I am the type who will never sit still for something done wrong to me. They will probably reply with a standard answer like most. I wish I had read the BBB reviews before I bought this lemon piece of JUNK. I will not stop until Keystone stops taking advantage of people. I have already talked to a lot on Facebook and other sites about the problems they have. This is far from over.

Whenever I read a review it’s usually bad. Like any RV they all have pros and cons, you just have to look at it like buying a house. Don’t get me wrong these reviews were helpful and we looked carefully before buying. The PROS: The Passport 2710RB GT has a wonderful floor plan. Very spacious with a lot of storage. When we transferred our things from the old RV there was still more space to place things away. Before final our buy, the dealership filled everything up. I tested the toilet, sink and shower and all had decent pressure. There was no leaks or drips anywhere. We checked the stove and oven, lit right up. Outdoor stove was an easy hook up to the gas line. A/C and heat, cooled and warmed the RV gradually but not a long wait. We double checked for what amenities the dealership provided, such as hoses and drains for grey and black water. Be sure what’s included. We checked the seals on the windows no leaks even through some thunderstorms. And it’s so light we almost forgot we were pulling it. Now the CONS: The cabinet doors are a bit on the thin side and the back panels of the closet and under the sink. I’m the wife of a general contractor and I can see some screws sticking out instead of being flushed with the panels. Some of the seal around the bathroom sink looked sloppy. A couple moldings by the door did come loose but to us that’s easy to fix. Bare in mind…some things looked like a rush job but only to our eyes but not so bad that it bothered us. I’m just being honest for the nit pickers. All in all, we love our RV. It’s perfect for us. If you plan to live in your RV or is a long time traveler then you should go for higher quality. After all that is your home. For us we are weekend travelers, short vacationers and it’s absolutely perfect! It’s also important who you buy it from. Our dealership was up and up with our purchase and we went through all the pros and cons, with them, as well as the what if’s. We purchased a service contract that is also extended to different states should any problems arise in the middle of our trip. I wish everyone the best and hope you all will find your perfect RV!

The only reviews I’ve read were complaints but my husband and I are happy with this trailer. The floor plan and storage is very spacious. When we moved our things from the Winnie to this trailer, there was more extra space, we had to box our items to keep them from moving around. Very light when towing, that we forgot it’s behind us unless a car up front stopped short, then we felt it but nothing a bad way. The water pressure is decent. Like a house, we flushed and ran the water, checking for leaks before we signed any contract. The factory mattress was hard but I place a memory foam mattress cover. Outdoor kitchen stove was an easy hookup to propane. Now for the cons. The quality is not up to par. Cabinets are thin but we still liked it for short term campers.the edges under the bed and under the cabinet by the bedside, are sharp so we had to put baby edge protectors. Some screws are sticking out and certain things looked to be installed like a rush job. Some moldings were sticking out but we were able to fix these minor things. When you but this trailer make sure you get an extended warranty just in case. Most of all make sure the dealer you buy it from are decent people who will help you with the issues I have read about, in the pass. I asked what would they do if we found these problems and they we upfront and decent with their answers. If you are a long term camper or live in one…definitely go for higher quality that is, after all …your home. For us…we love our trailer. It’s perfect for our 2 week trips here and there.

We purchased our 2021 Passport GT2870 one month ago. Great opposing dual slide, rear living with kitchen island floorplan. We opted for the free standing dinette which is great as there are no knee knocker legs to bump into and second AC in the bedroom. The theatre seating sits directly across from the standard 40” TV and fireplace. The Winegard TV antenna is top of the line and was able to pull down 25 or so digital and analog channels in central Florida campground. Other than some minor aesthetic issues with faux wood finish with bathroom vanity and kitchen island we had no pre-purchase issues. One issue was corrected by service department and a new vanity was ordered under warranty. We have camped once with no functional issues. I agree with the other reviewer that I found it odd that our Passport does not have AC nor heat ducts in the bathroom either. We added a kitchen slide topper, swapped out the standard floor vents and replaced them with aftermarket floor registers from Home Depot that have the rotary knob to close off the vents to prevent do hair from falling down into it. Overall we are very satisfied with this unit, We have three, much longer, trips scheduled through June we are hoping that holds true.

We have owned this rv for a week now and Keystone refuses to give us any help in fixing the over factory height issue, brochures say it's 10' 8", trailer is 11' 1/2" tall. shorter air conditioner would fix problem and i could get it in my garage with a 10' 10" door. we pretty much have been on the phone all week with no help. today while putting gear inside, i noticed that most of the baseboard trim was not installed. probably 85%. it's partly done in the bath and one piece in installed in bedroom behind barn door? I also noticed loose trim at the front door, must have ran out of staples. corner trim missing in bath under the counter top, to hard to do? I also found screws in shower, entrance door handle loose by a couple turns. I am hopeful our trip to Oklahoma will without incident.
