Over its been a great RV. Perfectly suited with the separate bedroom for our kid, and the half bath in that room is great as well. One if the few floor plans that have a true 2nd bedroom and with its own bath. We have really only lived out of this and not traveled with friends and family but look forward to future adventures. Owned it about 2 years now and living in it full time. Ive seen a few versions of the floor plan in the living and I like what we have and that is the full couch with the options of 2 tables, a huge couch(which adding an ottoman makes a huge difference), or another pull out bed to make another bedroom out of the living area. This is the worst rv ever made. The black tanks are not designed correctly. They won't drain right because they sit well below the pipes, poop gets backed up and sometimesexplodes out. The service is awful. They never stood behind their warranty and we had to fight them constantly on things. Worst idea ever to buy this piece of crap. Show less

We purchased the unit in September of 2021 and over the course of a year we actually had it in our possession for less than 2 months. We had issues with water leaking under the shower, 2 of 3 slides not working (one slide got stuck when we were trying to leave an RV park on our way home and stranded us for hours), the heater didn't work (we were living in it while waiting to move into our new house and got a mobile tech to come out but the cabinet was built around the heater and he couldn't get it out to fix it), the water pump wouldn't work, the flooring was bubbling up, the seals on the slides were bad and light could be seen around all of them. After the unit was at the dealer from November 2021 to August 2022, I contacted the manufacturer. They said that they would come and pick it up and take to the factory to fix the slide out that the dealer hadn't been able to. They also said that they would reimburse the cost of the mobile tech that couldn't fix the heater and would extend the warranty for 90 days. After getting the unit back after the warranty had expired, they didn't plug in one of the recliners, there was antifreeze sprayed all over inside the unit which appears to have come from the sink, the bathroom counter laminate is coming off and the water pump wasn't working. They now say that they will only cover warranty items that were identified before the warranty period expired, and won't reimburse me for the mobile service tech because the warranty doesn't cover diagnosis. I was able to diagnose the pump, it was filled with plastic shavings that were sucked up from the fresh water tank but to plug in the recliner, I have to remove both of them and I guess I am on the hook for replacing the bathroom counter material. The manufacturer of the unit in Jayco and in the future I will never purchase another Jayco product and would advise anyone who asks to avoid them. We like the way the 2021 5th wheel looks but that's where its stops. we took devilry of the trailer and it rode nose high causing the red end to drag in many driveways. no fix they said at deal. the water hear leaks, the slides work out 50% of the time, the flooring is coming up on the slide. the decals are peeling up, the fit and finish in alll RVs is less than what you would call good, but our Mesa Ridge is beyond that. much of the moldings are already coming off the wall. the list gos on, and nobody cares at the dealer. So I will make it know on as many sights as I can find. Show less

I've enjoyed the RV, it's very spacious and comfortable even through winter. Great for families with children, bunk beds are a great plus for having guests stay . The open living quarters are comfortable and the hideaway tv gives lots of kitchen counter space. Loved using the fireplace in the cooler nights. The outdoor kitchen is another plus for extra space. Bought a brand new 2021 open range 331BHS travel trailer. Went on my first camping trip and the rear bunkhouse slide would not slide out. Had to cancel trip early due to not being able to use bunkhouse for guests. Took trailer to a near by (1-1/2hrs away) dealer who could work on it through warranty. After 3 attempts, nearly 4-1/2 months of trying to get the correct parts to fix the slide they finally get it going and while testing the slide out it happened again the slide locked up. Technicians said they need to re align it to get it going again. After re alignment they now find something else broken. Now I am taking to another dealer 8hrs way where I bought it so they can fix the issues. Very disappointed with quality of trailer, customer service was terrible. After several attempts to get them to help they finally asked for my info but by that time the parts had came in. What should of been a awesome summer of family trips turned out to be a frustrating summer of money spent on a trailer I haven’t even had at my house for more than a month since purchase. Show less

We bought the Open Range OT26BHS new in February 2021.On our first trip to our favorite camping spot 2 hrs from home, the shelf over the bed fell and ripped the wire harness to the light on it.On our first trip out of state the electrical wiring harness under the slide broke and the wires rubbed our tires all the way to our destination maki g half of our camper usless. On our second trip out of state, our slide mechanism broke and needed replaced. On this same trip, the bottom plastic ring hinge on our refrigerator broke and the door fell off. We have owned this piece of junk for less than a year. We have used it less than 12 weeks during that time and had to reattach shelving, replace slide mechanism, and replace the fridge. The water pump is super noisy and when you run the air conditioner you can barely hear someone speaking to you. I would not recommend this company or brand to anyone. Show less

We have only used the camper 2 times for a couple of days each. The camper floor plan is set up well. Enjoyed our time out in it. It pulls easy and set up is a breeze. The outdoor kitchen is so convenient. We added the outside tv. Show less

bought this about 8 months ago. brakes didnt work. had to tow it home with no brakes(killed my trucks brakes) two months later they came and picked it up at my house and towed it to portland oregon. 3 weeks later i had to drive to portland to pick it up. a couple months later and the fridge and ac unit stopped working. went to take it to the local rv stores and since i didnt buy from them they cant warranty it.so much for the "coast to coast" warranty. i also over paid for an extended warranty that doesnt start until day 366 after purchase. im 100% not happy. Love this trailer...just too big for us. Great floor plan and ample seating with built ins on island. This trailer is very well made with quality materials and tows like a dream even with a 3/4 ton. Show less
