The RV itself was beautiful when we first saw it, but on our trip home from the dealer, the fascia from the slideout fell off because it wasn't nailed incorrectly. It, unfortunately, went downhill from there. For the second set of repairs, the camper sat at the dealer for over 3 months. 1) The cabinet door doesn't close correctly and is warped. 2) The letters and numbers from the stove came off with just water. 3) The refrigerator was leaking and ruined the molding below the it and the side molding on the slider... Twice! 4) The chalkboard on the refrigerator was cut poorly and you can see above it in the door. 5) There is a wiper under the slider that keeps the bugs and dirt out of the camper. IT wasn't even touching the slider. 6) One of the Air Conditioners broke after we heard a popping noise and then a smell of burned electronics. 7) One of the panels on the inside of the slider was put in bowed at the bottom. 8) The table chairs came apart and the bottoms of them were being held on by a few staples. 9) The pullout that holds the pillow under the loveseat was torn. 10) The water heater was leaking into the bedroom pullout and the floor was soaking wet from it. 11) The kitchen sink was leaking as the drains were put up with paper gaskets and no putty, and the supply lines weren't even tight. because of it, the bottom of the center island warped from the water. 13) The antenna works intermittently. 14) The water inlet to the camper was not screwed into the wood and is hanging off. 15) The table to the left of the pullout is crooked. 16) The drawers in the bedroom don't close correctly. Lastly and most recently: Our fresh water tank fell out of the camper this time thanks to not putting screws in the straps that hold the tank it. It tore up the plastic under sheathing and the vent hose for the dryer. It was like they pulled a team of people off the street that had no experience with building RVs and told them to put it together. We honestly don't want to use it anymore as we are afraid of what else might go wrong with it...

The floor plan is great and very versatile. The overall quality of the unit is junk. Bought brand new and has had nonstop problems. Roof leaks front cap failure ac failure fridge intermittently works stereo failure tv failure rear bund drops out of the ceiling randomly. Shower walls fall out on occasion window seal failure so when it rains outside it’s wet inside. Slide out no longer works. We have had so many problems that the selling dealer camping world Tucson has asked us to not bring the unit in for repair anymore and told us our business is no longer welcome. As far as heartland goes they told us welcome to the family and this is the kind of quality we should come to expect and as long has it hasn’t completely fallen apart it’s still working as designed.

The trailer sucks. Worst investment ever. Has been in the shop for months at a time. Every time I get it back they say it's all fixed. It's not. The table was sent back twice before I just had to fix it myself. Poorly made and they can't/won't fix any of it. Doors are not lined up so won't stay closed. Lost a jack just after buying it on the way to AZ from buying it in Ohio. The panels under the bed are coming off that was put in twice. The side of the trailer driver side is wavy. The slid leaks when is out. The propane valves leak. The wheel wells screws are missing. The screws for the bathroom doors were missing they put in rounded screws so the door is now cracked. The light bar was bent and they have been supposedly waiting for the parts. That's been 9 months. If I could of sent it back n got my money back I would have a year ago.

Bought a 2021 heartland north trail, brand new off the lot. Drove it to Northern California ( literally rains hardly ever), as a travel nurse. Parked it there for 10 months. Right before coming back to Wisconsin, we noticed the slide out floor was separating. We were getting it winterized, so had our dealer check it out. We were told the floor on the slide out was rotted, and would cost 4500 plus to replace. We got the extended warranty. Doesn't cover it. Contacted insurance. Was told by them it was a manufacturer issue. Contacted Heartland, who now wants to blame us. Saying it was a seal maintenance issue.....again please note was in California, in a place it rarely rains.

Absolutely love this layout. Very spacious and great for entertaining or just cuddling with a movie. Kitchen Island is perfectly positioned and sized with electric. The queen master bed lifts up to expose lots of storage space. It has a big TV and refrigerator like we are used to at home! The loft bunk and the guest bedroom add plenty of sleeping quarters for the kids and extra adults. It tows easy and has ample braking.

Within first six months, replace water pump, Anderson valve and then door window leak from cheap plastic around it warping ruined floor at entry. Kitchen sink leaked, bathtub leaked. Outside peeling and faded within a year. Essentially this is a POS and I’m going to sell and get what I can back out of it and buy a better one from different manufacturer.
