2021 Heartland Bighorn Traveler 5th Wheel reviews

Shoddy construction but worst part is warranty support. Heartland approved 3 repairs but only paid for one. I have $400 that I paid but they will not reimburse me. I have sent a dozen emails and the service department won’t even respond after their initial approval to get the service done. Show less

I would NEVER buy another Bighorn. Had this camper delivered. Set it up and found a list of poor workmanship!!! Front door warped Soft spot in floor Lights that do not work Hot water heater will not run on electric Cabinet doors warped Spots all through the ceiling Wires protruding from fixtures Leveling system doesn't level Ac system leaks Overall very poor quality workmanship, no one including the dealer at Explore USA will address these issues. Needless to say I will be getting rid of this camper Show less

This RV is beautiful inside. It has a very spacious kitchen and living room. Even the bathroom is spacious. I've been in a lot of RV's and this one has the biggest bathroom I've seen yet. This RV also has TONS and TONS of storage, for an RV. Amazing. The seating inside is incredibly comfortable. Show less
