This is a wonderful travel trailer. Small for a couple with pets. Love the quality, and towability. Customer service is wonderful. Love the outdoor fridge on this model. Grand Design needs to make more with outdoor kitchens with fridges that are not bunk houses. Show less

The MK 2670 has a good floor plan with lots storage. We bought is specifically for the great kitchen design. Our issue has been with the kitchen slide. We had it worked on while it was still under warranty and within a few months it was not working again. It is out of alignment vertically. We attempted to have it repaired again and were told we should try to learn to live with it because even if they repaired it, it would probably break again due to the poor design. It will go in and out, but it won’t go all the way. When the slide is out, there is a gap of 2-3 inches at the bottom. When the slide is in, the same thing happens at the top. Very frustrating!! Upon taking delivery of the new trailer in 2021 doors wouldn’t stay shut going down road. Water leaks trim falling off awning leaks refrigerator not working ac not functioning properly furnace cycles constantly Lost electrical inside Dealer couldn’t get to us till august for repairs so year one then year two went by problem kept coming up not done then finally year 3 refrigerator repaired. There are still some things not done. Our selling dealer greenway totally sold us a bill of goods of untruths. Had to go find another dealer to do repairs. All this time we couldn’t use couldn’t sell in the condition it was in. Show less

Every trip a new experience. One problem after another. Dealers always backed up 3 months or more for repairs that never get done. Grand design customer service NEVER calls you back. Flimsy cheaply built unit from bumper to bumper. Toilet empties halfway even tilted on its side hot water heater inop sliding door fell off molding popping all over if not not perfectly level entrance door won’t open or close 2 hoses popped off while camping flooding camper floor and underbelly…. The list goes on. Dont buy one. Winnebago owns them? Hmmm Show less

We are so disapponted in this trailer and Grandma design was suppose to be the best. So many problems to list , first camping trip. Refrigerators door latch broke, shower was not sealed around the top, trim around the bathroom door warped. Had to take back to dealer ship to fix which is not close to where we live. Second year large pan drawer is broke Grand design had sent us two they did not fit. Theater chairs reclining lever broke and theater chairs one no longer works no matter what we do. Owned a joey nomad for 8 years not one problem. I would do anything to have it back. If you are considering a Grand Design take your time to go through everything yourself. Show less

This is our third camper, but our first Grand Design. What a difference a quality build makes! This camper feels like the people who designed and built it were experienced RVers. It is so easy to relax in, cook in, sleep in, entertain in that I had to give it 5 stars for livability. And the quality of everything from the flooring to the storage to the systems to the look are top notch. A special note of thanks to Grand Design for creating a very user friendly Owners Manual. Finally the few times we called the Grand Design folks for advice they were spot on and soooo patient with us. We are so very glad we took the plunge and upgraded our camping experiences by upgrading our camper to a Grand Design. Show less

The salesman really put Grand Design on an upper tier. Our experience was less than stellar. First trip....0 problems and was just fine. Thought we hit a home run with our new Imagine 2500rl. Second trip.....slide motor failed. Pretty much ruined the trip yet having 2 doors, we were able to make it work. Third trip....rear brake failed and caught fire. Rear axle had obviously been replaced prior to us picking the unit up from the dealer. Three trips and 2 major failures on the unit. Will not recommend this pile of junk to anyone. Thank God the unit was destroyed by a nasty hail storm and the insurance company totalled it. Poor components. Poor craftsmanship and an expensive pile of garbage. I'll just rent VRBOs instead and save myself the headaches. Show less

Fantastic floor plan and construction. A home run for Grand Design. The large living area is amazing. Comfortable and convenient for entertaining and those rainy days. Pulls well, even with a half ton truck. Show less

In July we purchased a 2021 2400BH Grand Design Imagine . We now have 9,000 miles on it traveling cross country and it is awesome. The way it handles behind out Ram and the overall quality. The AC , Fridge / Freezer elec or propane/micro/ oven / cooktop /Heater/ water heater elec or propane / slide out / awning / sinks / shower / holding tanks everything works great. We had 2 issues the fridge handle broke from my husband and the outside plastic cover for the freezer vent came off both at different times were next day aired to the RV parks we were staying at. This is our first and we are very happy. Show less

This TT has been our first ever camper and first ever camping experience and I have to say we are happy we chose Grand Design.
