Loved the floor plan. Had a 2019 Solitude. But couldn't get any responses from manufacturers. Bought the Alliance and have been totally happy with the support from the factory reps! Very responsive! The unit was solid, well built and with very few issues since day 1. This is my 3rd year camping with it. Last year from early May to late October we camped 13 weeks of camping at several different sites. We (my wife and 2 dogs) usually camp a week or two at a time and travel all over New York State and Pennsylvania primarily. Love it would do it again in a heart beat..

We thought the Alliance 32rls had everything we wanted for a full time travel living experience. It would have if we were actually able to use our 5th wheel. We purchased our 5th wheel in October of 2022 when it was brand new. We expected some issues like with all new 5th wheels, but not ones that would keep us from using our trailer for months soon after purchasing it. It took 5 months to get the physical license plate for our trailer before we could finally begin full time traveling. We had had a blowout while transporting it to the location we were going to keep it while waiting for our license plate. We spent $1200 on new tires thinking that was the issue. Instead when we went to get the tires changed over before heading out of town once we finally got the license plate we found out there was an issue with all of the leaf springs and they all needed to be replaced and the trailer tires had been rubbing on the underbelly. The company that makes these leaf springs agreed to replace them, but this process has taken 10 weeks at this point when we had planned to be traveling, on top of already waiting for months to begin traveling in the first place. We were living in the trailer while waiting for the license plates and had to replace everything in our fridge on three separate occasions because the fridge had been installed incorrectly with no insulation above it. Who knows what else is wrong with our trailer, we probably won’t find out in time to get it fixed under warrantee because we haven’t been able to travel much with it for the 9 months we’ve had it. Alliance warrantee staff have worked with us to fix these issues and have been pleasant to deal with, but having to deal with outside companies who sell the parts has been a nightmare. We had to order parts from outside companies and pay more to get parts faster, and the parts we have gotten from the actual company were incorrect. Between the poor overall build quality of the 5th wheel and the companies we have to deal with for warrantee work, we wish we would have gone with a more reputable brand when deciding to spend money on a brand new 5th wheel. We really wanted to love this 5th wheel, we spent twice as much as our initial budget because we fell in love with Alliance and thought we could trust their product and team, and they didn’t have many used options available at the time. We took a chance and trusted them and I am very sad that I couldn’t be leaving a happier review, things have just gotten worse and worse since owning this. At this point in time I would not personally recommend purchasing from Alliance, I hope this changes as we extend our trip for another year and maybe we will have less problems when actually using our 5th wheel, if we ever get the chance.

The floor plan is nice and livable. Towed well on our first trip. Screws holding the cheap plastic fenders and both brackets broke, almost lost the fenders and had to stop several times and tighten screws. Loaded the RZR and one glass sliding rear door fell off its hinges. Unloading, both doors fell, could have seriously injured anyone close. The floor flexes and allows the doors to slip off the hinges. Solar panel’s were wired wrong, several hours and head scratching later I wired it and works great. Just noticed a big patch of rust that was painted over, will have to grind it out and paint it correctly. Salesman bragged up this brand and the factory, I would not recommend. Also, 24” range will not light, have to use a lighter, oven will not light either. Cannot get parts for this. I bought this used in “new” condition. Alliance has been pleasant to talk to but will not help us. Do not buy!

We purchased a new 2021 385 L Paradigm from Ron Hoover in Katy TX. This was our 4th RV and were so excited to get it. However we immediately began having problems with window and several of the slides, sinks, window, and toilets leaking just for starters. The recliners was bent and would not fully extend, the refrigerator kept going out and ruining the food, our black tank was leaking, the door would not make contact well enough to close and we would have to slam and pull hard multiple times to try and get it to close, molding starting coming away from wall. The paneling has visible nail holes We took it to Ron Hoover to get these items fixed and get an estimate on getting a crack in the wall fixed. We purchased a more expensed full time living camper because my husband works 7 hours from home and lives in it while he is at work. We brought the camper to Ron Hoover in Katy and they had it for over 6 months and many of the items they said they fixed are not nor were we able to get an estimate on getting the paneling fixed where it is cracked which was not a warranty issue. We have been extremely disappointed in the quality of this RV compared to the other brands we have purchased and with Ron Hoover's service department.

This is our third RV, first 5th wheel. We have had no major issues, just some minor easily fixed items that I took care of myself. The only "big" issues were not the fault of the manufacturer or dealer, just the component manufacturer. We had a fail on start issue with the furnace that looked like a flag switch, (fairly common failure), but didn't respond when I replaced that switch. ($19). I had my regular mobile guy come out and he discovered that the wire had detached inside the back of the furnace. Not an install mistake, a furnace factory issue. Reconnected and all fine. Also a refrigerator issue that would shut the fridge off when on propane. My same mobile guy is a factory certified guy for Norcold and he told me it's a common thing for them. We had to wait for a replacement switch but I jumped the circuit to get it operational. Without question the best unit right out of the box of any we've bought. And unbelievable customer support. I sent Alliance an email with a question on a Sunday morning, (Christmas Day), expecting to hear from someone on Monday and received a phone call back within 20 minutes.

Several small concern as with all new rigs and most likely more so due to pandemic issues. Biggest problem we’re leaking windows and equipment malfunction. Warranty was great and efficient. All concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I would say I would buy again especially if carpet was reintroduced to the industry, the awning were lowered so they did not become sails, and height of rig lowered as this is getting more of a wind issue. I feel the rig is well built but have problems that I sure will be fine tuned and fixed. Warranty work by Jim Bonacci was above and beyond what I have seen in this industry.
