I purchased a used Winnebago Travato about a year ago. It has been so much fun to travel in it with my two dogs! This was my choice because it has a "wet" shower, a Murphy bed, and a "puzzle bed" which is created with cushions from the dinette, the settee that is over the lithium battery box, and the table. I keep it in bed mode all the time so they're comfortable and can look out the windows. The kitchen is compact but enough. The fridge is fairly large for this size rig, and has a separate freezer below it. The lithium battery is powered by solar panels on the roof, and converts the power to a standard battery. Storage is always lacking in a camper van, but Winnebago made use of every available space! It has a two-bike rack, which I removed it since I don't take a bike. Automatic deploy/retract awning with LED lights, and LED lights under the van. Fun stuff! Lots of USB ports, 120v outlets and such. The TV is over the dinette on a swivel. The cab seats swing around to face the dinette. The priorities for me were the second sleeping space, the shower, and the quality; I am very happy with my choice!

The Revel is in a Class by itself with little to no competition—it is to my knowledge the only 4x4 four season class B on a Mercedes 144” wheelbase. It is very drivable by anyone, fits into a standard parking space yet can accommodate all ones living needs with a complete kitchen, bathroom and bed. The most brilliant and unique feature is the Euro loft bed which I haven’t seen in any other RV which allows storage when bed is lifted and head room when in its down position for sleeping. The flared out sides accommodate even a tall person for sleeping comfortably. The downside is that some of the Winnebago fittings are not the best quality particularity shelf hangers which rattle initially and need dampening and adjusting. However once these are adjusted and fixed rattles and noise are fine. Also Winnebago and particularly Camping world do not honor warranties and are not honorable businesses again in my opinion and experience. The chassis and the Mercedes 4 wd are excellent and I’ve never been stuck. While it is 4wd there are some items that hang lower than Id like but Im not exactly rock crawling with my RV and would advise that you don’t either, although Ive met Revel owners that do!

Likes: Layout with back full time murphy bed and front lounge big refrigerator big bathroom for a class B Black tank (no cassette toilet) Drives well and easy decent gas mileage gas engine reliable RV systems two separate beds available Dislikes: narrow back bed initial build quality is poor, as are all RVs (they don't check their work before shipping) awning is not useful on class B vans Still has lead acid batteries instead of Lithium Iron Phosphate drawers under bed should be a big shelf no factory shelves in pantry near fridge Overall I highly recommend this model RV, the systems have proved reliable and it is very comfortable to use.

We've had a 2020 Travato 59K for a little over a year. We have a 2020.5 model with the quieter AC, more insulation, and a magnetic side screen door- all very nice features. We've really enjoyed the drivability, and small size (21 feet) making it relatively easy to park both in cities and in parks at trailheads and other places where a larger vehicle might have a hard time fitting. For the two of us, the vehicle has worked well. We liked the twin bed arrangement, and the kitchen area is nicely laid out. We made a few modifications (sliding shower curtain, rack for shoes above the sliding door, mesh pockets for storage) that made it more functional. Overall, it has been a great vehicle for two people traveling.

Bought at beginning of Covid, great price, especially now. We had previously owned an Itasca Navion, 2011. Quality with the Vita was much less unfortunately. Lots of errant staples, the ventilation kept blowing out insulation. Cheap materials. The interior was more like a bland apartment or study hall than the whimsical feel of the Navion. It was apparent to me that they had worked hard to make this model less attractive since it competed heavily with the View/Navion. The layout was spacious, lots of storage, LED lights, solar charging, all worked well. The TV was only OK, sound was horrible but played with the settings and it became much better. Bought a trickle charger for the coach battery over winter. Had lots of problems with the Black tank. Difficulty with the valve. Apparently the run with the cable controlling the valve was an afterthought and I wound up with a mess on my hands and feet literally several times! Thanks to blogs I mostly figured it out but it is very difficult to manage. If there is one area where you want NO problems, it is dumping the black tank. The house door did not seal well at the bottom and moderate noise came up through the bottom. Winterization procedure was not exactly like the manual. Need more detailed information in the manual but again I figured it out. The cab HOWLED in the wind driving above 50 mph. It was extremely annoying and I could not find the cause. Tried some things with duct tape but nothing helped. I tried to find out if there was a fix but never found a solution. VERY LOUD and ANNOYING. No problems with the Mercedes chassis. 2 recalls. Dealer was great. Mileage was 12-16, around 14 was typical. Overall a solid performer, not a dazzler. They called me last week from the dealership and I sold it back to them for 10,000 more than I paid for it. And I felt neither a sense of sorrow or relief. It was in excellent shape. I had been in "like" not in "love".
