I have seen a lot of negative about the Quantum WS31. We have had our 2020 Quantum WS31 for just over 4 1/2 years. When we 1st bought it we did have a one time problem with the levelers. Thor techs were great and walked my husband through things to check. We did have to call a local tech to come to the RV park we were staying at to help. He was able to fix the problem and we had no further problems after this. I honestly cannot remember what it was. My husband taught me how to park it. After that we were off and with me doing 99% of the driving and parking. As my husband has tremors due to Parkinson's. We did a lot of mountain driving with a tow dolly pulling our Passat. No problems at all going up and down mountain roads or foothills. Plenty of power. We just had normal ware and tear on our Quantum. We did use our warranty for a few things with no problems. I will agree with complaints about Camping World. They were HORRIBLE to deal with both at dealer AND service end. I am shocked at the people that still deal with them. We ABSOLUTLY will no longer BUY or RECOMMEND business to them. As for THOR we have no complaints. This is just my 2 cents worth. Safe travels to all! Show less

My wife and I researched motorhomes for about 2 years before we settled on the 24FE. Overall its a great machine, perfect for two adults and the occasional grandchild. We especially like the floor plan. Has room to move around in, pretty good storage capacity, usable bathroom and shower, love the slide out queen size bed. Installed a second tv in the bedroom area so both tv's are tied into a central entertainment area over the entry door. Drives great and its a length my wife feels comfortable driving. Mileage is 10 miles per gallon as expected. Haven't towed anything yet but the hitch setup looks capable of towing most things. For the money it's a loaded machine. Last camping trip I took I woke up floating on my air mattress....no more of that nonsense. Comes solar prepped so I'm installing a solar panel next. Fuse panel is in a low position on the side of the bed but accessible. Highly recommend the Freedom Elite. Show less

Horrible choice of RVs. Our first driver after having years of fifth wheels and other campers. There is zero warranty it is a total hoax and consumers are left with a poor-quality coach. The large slide out is an engineering disaster and nothing but trouble. The shocks are undersized and the unit sways like a trapeze going down the road. All the seat covering material has peeled away since it was paper thin.That explains why Camping World does not allow a test drive. Tried to get rid of it by trading into a Mirada Coachman. Guess what? No RV dealer wants it and tells us about numerous lawsuits pending against manufacturer. Show less

After extensively shopping cheaper brands, we are SO happy to have chosen Thor. They have backed up their product in both warranty and in customer service. The 22 FE is especially easy to drive, yet has room for my family to enjoy. The deal maker for us was the slide out bedroom with the queen sized bed. All the other motorhomes squished the queen bed into a corner so that you had to climb over your sleeping partner to enter/exit the bed. This RV has a "walk around" where you can feel the extra room. I am so disappointed in what was supposed to have been a quality motorcoach company. I purchased it new and immediately there were multiple evidences of poor workmanship. One deficit did not manifest until 14 months (12 month warranty)after purchase but was obviously a factory mistake and the company chose to rely on policy rather than integrity. This is a business practice I would expect in a Third World country but not in North America. Show less

Customer support is ZERO. All the expensive extended warranties Camping World tells you better buy because its costly for repairs are absolutely worthless. The unit will sit for months at the repair center who says they are waiting on parts. THOR will tell you parts are readily available to authorized service centers. Who's lying? Gets worse when you try to have a FORD engine warranty covered. FORD will tell you the engine air not covered because THOR installed an aftermarket switch. My unit had 5600 miles on it when the AC failed. My cost was $1200.00 BUYER BEWARE!!! You are on your own with these monsters. No regulation or oversight to reign in the poor quality or service. On my first drive with my Class A I felt overwhelmed with the steering so I immediately had a Safe-T-Plus system installed. Still not totally comfortable. At the dealership, I noticed the trim on the ceiling separating and the outlet on the front dash wouldn't stay on. They repaired the outlet, but due to closing told me I would have to bring it back to fix the trim. Driving home the outlet fell back out. I took it back to the dealer to repair the trim and it came back loose driving home. I drove 2 hours to take it back to the dealer and it came loose a second time. I decided to wait until I got all the warranty work done at another location. My first time driving in the rain it leaked at the bottom of two slides. Also, my brother realized there was a separation along the complete passenger side of the RV in the compartments. I put it in the shop for the warranty work and it took them over 6 months to do the repairs. When I picked it up and was checking over the work, the compartment separation was never touched. I contacted Thor at that point about taking it somewhere else for the repairs. I now notice the ceiling trim came loose again for the 4th time. After getting g it home from the dealer, I noticed the rear headlight was hanging out. Now the dash air condition is not blowing cold air, and I see the vent hose for the passenger side is laying on the floor. That is not it... One of the kitchen drawers would not stay close. I had to replace the lock as the installer put the screw in sideways and the lock wasn't engaging. The backup camera stopped working (No fault of Thor I found out), being told a squirrel must have chewed the wire. The new service location found this as the first told me it was a bad camera and needed to be replaced. They said that Thor rejected replacing it under warranty, Thor never got a request for the camera. Now I am having issues with Thor because the factory warranty has ended even though these items were discovered prior to the end date. This RV is trash.. I have had 2 travel trailers and a fifth-wheel toyhauler with no issues. I have had each for 2-4 years and traded up. This was a trade down. Show less

Lots of power makes it easy to drive. Lots of storage, both inside and out. Very nice bathroom and solid comode. Private sleeping areas as curtains can be closed to create private space. Full kitchen to travel for long periods of time without having to restock frequently. Show less
