Excellent RV for active family that enjoys camping and their toys! Nice deck, with railing, for a view of the river, lake or beach! Extra sleeping and a generator to go off grid! Large residential refrigerator and covered slides. Can't go wrong with this unit. We are nearing retirement and need to downsize. We are looking for a smaller unit and we are limited on our toys at our golden age Show less

I bought the trailer in July of 2019. One Star ratings above given for the following issues I have had with the unit: 1. First time to open the under-the-bed storage the entire structure of the storage compartment disintegrated. Dealer fixed. 2. First time I attempted to take a shower I almost fell through the shower pan because there was no supporting floor underneath it. Dealer fixed. 3. Skylight leak. Dealer fixed 4. Microwave oven failure before 10 uses. The failure occurred before the mfg warranty was expired but I didn't get the unit in to the dealer until 2 months after the warranty expired. I sent an email to K-Z asking for a new one even though the warranty was expired. Here is their response: "Joella Smith <jsmith@kz-rv.com> Dec 13, 2021, 1:30 PM to me Hello Garrett, I have reviewed your concern and the warranty history on your unit. I have even presented you request to our Leadership team. With the time that has lapsed since the expiration of the Two Year Limited Warranty KZ will respectfully decline to send out a new microwave. Joella Smith KZ RV" 5. The refrigerator has an adjustable shelf but the Entertainment Center shelf will not allow the door to open far enough for removal and replacement of the shelf. We are loving our 231 RK Sportsman 5th wheel. We have put over 7,000 miles on it in the last 18 months. Like all new products these days we have had a few issues, but between our dealer, Tri-Am RV in Ocala, and the great factory warranty group at KZ we have gotten everything handled quickly and very professionally. The overall quality of our unit is good, the few small problems we had with our rig our dealer ( Triam RV In Ocala Fl) handled quickly and without any long delays. We have spent over 100 nights in our trailer since we purchased it in February of 2020 and plan to go to Alaska next year. We love our KZ Sportsman. Show less

Do not buy a KZ product. They do not honor their warranties! Please learn from those of us who purchased a KZ product. I purchased a 2020 5th wheel and had all four breaks go out within the first year. They will not honor their warranty and I had to pay over $1000 to fix them. I have only used the RV a handful of times. Poor customer service. Do not make the mistake I did and buy their product. Show less

Our Durango Gold 382MBQ has been fantastic. When we we shopping for a 5th wheel, the 382MBQ was the first unit we looked at and it immediately became the baseline when looking at other brands/units! Factory support has been fantastic, build quality has been very good! Very happy campers! Show less

We purchased our 2020 KZ connect travel trailer in January of 2020. We traveled to Florida and work for the Florida state parks for November through March of 2021. Traveling with this wonderful home was very rewarding and a great experience.It was very easy to live in and keep track of all of our belongings. Towing this large trailer was a blessing in disguise. I achieved anywhere from 11 to 14 miles per gallon with a 2005 Dodge ram 2500 Cummings diesel. Show less

Great for living in, for a few weeks, days or months! The heating and air conditioning is awesome. The separation of the bedroom from the living areas provides for great personal space. There is a residential refrigerator that is a great plus if you like to cook and keep food for more than a few days. Show less

Hi, We are first time rv owners and were happy when we purchased our camper. When we looked at it for the first time it we felt it suited us and had lots of storage. Now that we have had it for a few months i noticed now how shoty the workman hip is of it. There are screws that hold supports (bunk beds, dining room table stroage area under seats that not screw into in solid wood behind the walls, the shower handel flimsy plastic that crack when slipped out of my hand, hot water tank has a small leak where the anode rod goes in, Rear bottom bunk curtain rod pulled iut one side because it was not screwed into wood.I certainly know what to loook for the next time i buy a camper.I would not recommend this one.We are now looking to trade in for a differant one. Overall good camper, when we get to use it, In almost 2 years it had spent about a year in the shop. Heater, fireplace hot water tank, Awning 3 times, slides 3 times, refrigerator 6 times, leaking water pump. If there was a lemon built we bought it. Talking to KV warranty people will make you want to take up drinking. Show less
