They didn’t do track right on slide out and it just took hiring outside vendor to figure out why I kept catching. Dealership lied. I also raised some concerns when it was under warranty that they shrugged off and now as they have become bigger issues, I wish I didn’t. Do yourself a favor and run this one isn’t worth it

Prior to owning this trailer we had a 2013 Keystone Hideout 27', which we had ZERO problems with. It was an incredible trailer, which is why I wanted another Keystone when we decided to upgrade.
Since owning this trailer, we have had nothing but problems with it. Here is the list of items we have already had to replace on our 2 year old trailer:
- Water pump (quit on our first trip)
- Furnace (quit on our first trip)
- Trailer Jack (quit after our first summer - 10 trips)
- Kitchen faucet (started leaking at the start of our 3rd summer)
The layout is terrible too. Good luck trying to make the queen size bed, because the basement storage extends so far out you can only reach to head of the bed if you have 8' arms. There is minimal storage inside the trailer as well. The bunkroom is the only redeeming factor of this turd of a trailer. Do not buy one. Look for models made prior to 2019.

I will never buy a Cougar again, just dumped this three-year-old trailer for a six-year-old fifth wheel.

I purchased this 2020 Keystone bullet BHS in July of 2020 I loved the interior decer and the floor plan was impeccable It was large enough and it was fully equipped for my entire family for trit had a heated underbelly which made it possible to take it to any climate it had 2 air conditioning units which was very important a private one in the bunk house area Storage was sufficient and it also had automatic leveling jacks And a 20' awning so when you're in the heat it's very useful I have to say that the dealership that I purchased from in Fort Lauderdale planet RV has been wonderful as well as Keystone the manufacturer every recall was handled professionally and completely whenever I needed it to be repaired in any way if a screw came loose they were there no Problems so if you're gonna purchase an RV make sure you purchase it with a good dealership Would I Recommend this unit to someone yes especially to a family that's large and you wan to go out and camp and do things and see our country and be comfortable My one and only regret It's almost 40' long it's a little longer than what I had hoped for but it tows wonderfully.

bought a trailer about 8 months ago, and ever since it has been nothing but problems, poor build quality, leaking roof, poor craftsmanship, cheap materials. the latest of problems being my fridge quit working about 3 months ago and ever since i have not been able to get it serviced, i am in a bit of unique situation as i purchased the trailer in another state to which i currently live, and non of the "authorized" dealers are willing to repair my trailer since i did not buy threw them. i have called Keystone directly looking for some help and the answer i got was not very encouraging, while keystone did give me their sympathy (more than their dealers), they basically told me im screwed and will have to pay for the fridge myself. i will never recommend keystone to anyone i care about. customer service is 0/10, customer care is 0/10, customer experience is 0/10, and again just to reiterate build quality is 0/10 the if i thought i had a case here i would definitely be suing for false advertisement as i was told i had a 3 year warranty but i know see that was not true.

Brought our new trailer home, started camping in less than 3 days we had 34 issues. I currently have a trash bag taped to the ceiling to catch water coming in from the vent. We hooked up to a water source l, left the camper for a couple of hours only to return to a flooded trailer, tracked it to the bathroom sink water lines. The water pump kicks on randomly even though it’s not turned on nor does the fresh water tank have water in it. Our biggest concern now is the door latch. Twice it’s been worked on. Two days ago I had to call my husband to come and rescue me as I couldn’t get the door open. Heaven help me if the camper had been on fire!
The shades have pulled off the wall, screws were missing on the trim frame of the slide, inside trim has fallen from the ceiling, now the slide motor is making an awful noise when retracting.
The sales center has done their best to fix what they can.
But it’s not enough. I’m waiting for something to fly off when we are going down the road. I’m afraid to tow it any distance

Slide out is missing hardware, cable hook up does not work at all. Outdoor shower broken. Stabilizer Jack's jam front and rear. Operating controls for stabilizer Jack's wired backwards. Overall this camper is of very poor quality, poor workmanship, and reflects poorly on every employee that touched it. Will never buy a keystone product again. Their website shows them all drinking champagne, maybe less drinking and more quality is in order.
