We purchased the Montana as an upgrade from our previous 2019 unit from another maker due to what appeared to be significant upgrade in content and quality. We have a permanent pad , concrete, with 50 amp electrical hook up, water and sewage hookup.. We do not tow this unit. It is at my daughters property near Ramona, CA. In the 2 1/2 years we have had the following problems. Due to no tow vehicle all services need to be done at the permanent location and we informed the seller, Camping World of this. 1 the furnace died in first year 2 the icemaker and freezer died next. We were told that we should replace the Samsung. We got it repaired by an excellent 3rd party not the useless warranty. 3 in the second year the main A/C died. 4 the trim woodwork fell off due to fasteners too short. The cabinet doors fell off due to screws being too short. The fake veneer peeled off on pantry door and bathroom door. 5 outside trim fell off. 6 Sofa cushions came appart..Springs came through. There are more problems that continue to crop up As the add on warranty did not help us or come to our unit we canceled and received only a partial refund even though they did nothing. We fortunately found businesses that came to OUR LOCATION AND FIXED OUR ISSUES, NO HELP FROM CAMPING WORLD.

Being semi-retired, we decided to try to become snowbirds from Michigan down to Florida. We decided a fifth wheel was the way to go for living space and storage for a three-month period. At a camper show, we were torn between Montana and Grand Design. We opted for a 35' Montana which fit most of our "must-have" list. When we went to view it at the dealer lot and sign the final papers, we saw the 3741FK (which was not at the camper show). Although it was only 5' longer, it appeared much larger than the one we purchased. As I walked around this mammoth beast, my wife entered with the salesperson and heard her shriek "Oh My God". What caught her attention was walking into the living room area which was considerably larger than the other fifth wheels we looked at. This living area had two (2) opposing slides with two couches and theater seating. Then with an open floor plan, the kitchen area had opposing slideouts which also gave the entire rig look more like a home than a camper. What sold my wife on this rig was the kitchen featuring an enormous bay window facing the front of the rig. It is a giant windshield (automotive glass). No matter where we are parked we have 360-degree views with all the glass around the rig. What sold me on the rig was the spacious bedroom with the ability to walk around the king bed. More importantly, was the "basement" under the bedroom suite. The basement is large enough to place two (2) full-size kayas in it or two large eBikes. Plus still tons of more storage all around the rig. If you are looking for full-time, seasonal, or long-term use, this 3741FK is one to consider.

On April 24th I reached out to Keystone and let them know I had an issue with my RV and a wonderful lady called me and asked me to email her the issues so that we can get the issues resolved. On April 25th I did send Lisa pictures and a descriptions of all the issues that need to be addressed. I even put them in a spreadsheet. On April 27th she responded to let me know that now Keystone is aware of the issues and that when y RV goes into the dealership they can get the requests done and that this should help the process. I did let her know that I was very leery on taking it in because I have heard the horror stories of the long wait times on getting things repaired. May 1st I took my RV to the dealership and was told to make an appointment ( I called on the 28th of April and spoke to Paula and I had an appointment they forgot to log it in). May 10th I took the RV back in and walked the entire RV with Paula and explained that Keystone was already aware of the issues and will help get the process going. We went over all of the details of the issues and I told her that I did not want anything just repaired it needed to be fixed and or replaced. I let her know that when we purchased the RV that the radio did not work on the walk thru and it was (repaired) by the dealership. The repair that was done was that the fuse tabs were bent over so that the fuse would stay in the socket. The first time we went to use it a spark came out and I shut it off. Took it to a dealership in Alabama and they showed me what Holiday World did. It actually cause the fuse holder to widen and therefore did not make a good connection. I gave her the email that I sent Lisa and gave her Lisa’s email address if she needed any help. I then showed her the siding and made no mistakes and said that the siding needs to be replaced because it actually came off on the freeway in Starkville Mississippi. I showed her the screws that I had to put into the metal to keep it from falling off and the silicone to prevent rain from getting in. On or about June 10th about a month I had not heard a thing about my RV and I called and spoke to Paula and she said that all of the parts are in and that I should get my RV back soon. I did find out in this conversation that the bathroom door knob was replaced and that no leaks could be found on the auto level jacks even thou I had to put in a gallon of oil in the tank because the jacks didn’t work. I guess it disappeared. The next day she called me and asked if I wanted to purchase covers for my slide outs. I said I would think about it. June 10th seems to be the day the replacement chair was ordered. RV had been there for a month I started calling Keystone and spoke to a gentleman and informed him of the issues and he informed me that the chair had just been ordered and that no dinette table, siding, stereo or any other parts had been ordered. During this conversation I explained to him that I did not want the siding repaired because it has holes it in and that it needed to be replaced. He called Holiday World and spoke to them about the issue. He told them to get the request in so it could be processed. Three weeks had past I went to the dealership to see how my RV was coming and they said that the siding was repaired and that all they were waiting on was the chair. This came directly from Cameron. I asked him did the siding get replaced he said no it was repaired and it was a good repair. I explained to him and the gentleman at the desk the siding was to be replaced not repaired. It was bent and had holes in it. I said again it came off on the damn freeway and I had to reattach it in a Lowes parking lot. I also asked if the stereo was replaced and he said yes. I pressed him and said are you sure because Keystone has no record of Holiday World requesting the new stereo. I never got a real answer. On or about July 12th I called again to Holiday World and left three voice mails and never got a call back. I called Keystone again and spoke to a person and they had informed me that the siding was just ordered and that it was being shipped. I was also told that the chair was also being shipped as well. On July 15th package number 9238838620 arrived at Holiday World and J Behl signed for it. On or about July 16th I called again to Holiday World and got no return calls. I then called Keystone to find out that the siding had arrived on the 15h to the dealership and the chair was there as well. So I went to the dealership and inquired about the status of my RV and Cameron said that no packages came in and that Keystone was lying. I left very upset and called Keystone back and found out that the package that was delivered was the chair but the siding was sent by three day air and was set to arrive on the 17th of July. This is only half my RV has been at Holiday World for 105 days

We purchased the 5th wheel August 2020. Everytime we take a trip something breaks. The first problem was the fireplace didn't work. The front door and screen door was not level and was replaced. Table top was loose and had to replaced. Black tank flush spray did not work. There was a leak from hose under bathroom sink. Ceiling fan was making clicking noise. Loveseat beds were missing bolts and nuts in the legs. In January the wall between the sink and the fridge came loose and was letting in cold air. When we returned from Texas in March we turn the 5th wheel in because the kitchen slide would not work. There was a broken board in the wall. The cap had to be removed to fix this manufacture breakage. The dealership had it from March 22 thru May 24. We picked it up and had a trip to New Mexico where the sound stopped working on th TV set. We returned and TV was ordered on June 1st. We went camping for 5 days in June. We returned on June 18th and dropped off to have TV replaced. Told dealership the kitchen slide was very slow and loud when pulling in or out. A bulge has been discovered and dealership has been working with warranty for over a month. I am very disappointed with this 5th wheel.

Should have left it at dealership. Crown molding had fallen off from factory delivery. Mouldings fell off and bent fan in first 200 miles. Outlets were not secured and moved when used. Dining area black shade fell off in first 200 miles, faucet handles pealed in a month.ac still blows white dust throughout living g room after running all summer. Rear of trailer, fiberglass cracked around window and waiting for new wall to be installed. Opened up the after getting it back from service and the slide had sliced open the floor. I crawled under the slide and can see 3 screws sticking out of the floor. It is going in to get the rear wall and floor repaired in a week. Camping World will have its hands full with that project. It takes way to long for approval and repair. When I responded to a corporate thank you, they weren't interested. I was told to go to my sales Dealership. My Cougar was built way better. Never Montana again. It will probably fall apart if it we took on a trip. It has only traveled to and from the dealer to a camp site.

BIG REGRET! The floor plan and layout was the main reason I initially decided to upgrade to this camper. Within the first 3 months after I pulled it brand new off the lot, I had a hydraulic fluid leak, and this was the first of MANY issues. Within the first year, I had a j-panel come completely loose, the lighting on the front end cap came loose, a cabinet crack during a long haul across country. An awning came off track with no exposure to any wind gusts. The trim came loose in several locations. A hose under the kitchen sink leaks. There's a water leak into the basement. And the kicker was the furnace quit working during the coldest day of the year and since the heat pump works in sync with the furnace, I had not significant heat source to keep warm. For something that's supposedly made to haul across country and rated for year round living, the price is not worth the shoddy quality of manufacturing.

In September 2020, I purchase a brand-new Keystone Montana 3720 5th wheel from Affinity RV in Prescott Arizona. The sales staff were very good and we agreed on a price. I was told that I could pickup the new RV in about 1 ½ weeks. I drove the 923 miles to Prescott from No. California. When I arrived, I was given the walk through and told that some parts were missing, that they would be ordered and then sent to me. I stayed the night at the dealership and noticed that the refrigerator would not cool, the cable tv switch did not work, ceiling fan did not work, and a couple of other minor issues. Lots of promises were made regarding parts and service. These all turned out to be lies. After returning home with the new unit, I attempted to contact Affinity to determine the status of my replacement parts. Calls went mostly unanswered. I left messages with never a returned call from service. I contacted my salesman numerous times, which usually resulted with a phone call from service with more lies about delays from the manufacturer (Keystone). I called keystone and they said that the parts had shipped and were delivered that day. I called back a week later and was told that the only way to get the parts to me was to remover and send my original parts to them and that I would have to pay to ship the replacements parts to me. I called Keystone again and complained. Then I received a call from Affinity Service telling me that they would send me the missing parts but not the replacement parts? I could come to Affinity, 925 miles one way, and the parts would be installed. I called and complained to my salesman again and then I received a call back from Chris in service telling me to sent in my parts and after receiving them they would send me the placement parts at my expense. I sent my parts to affinity around the 10th of November. They received them four days later. I included my mailing information, phone number, and instructions to call me for credit card information for the shipping. No response. I called a week later left a message. No Response! I contacted the salesman again, then received a call from Chris, saying that the parts would be taken to the parts department, they would contact me for credit card info. After one week, I called Affinity again, left a message, NO RESPONSE!!! I called parts a few days later. They said that did not have any information regarding any parts and that Chris was the only one that knew anything about it and he was off sick with Covid-19. I called a few more time and left messages, NO RESPONSE!!!!!, I left an email for the Sales Manager, detailing my frustration. I received a call the next morning. I was told that Chris was still of sick and that he was going to find out what was going on and that someone would call me. NO RESPONSE!!!. Today I called Affinity again, tried parts, message machine, called back, tried service, message machine, called back tried parts again, human answered, told that they would call me back. Guess what? NO RESPONSE!!!! I don’t know what to do?? Any Help would be appreciated. Thank You. David Van Denover

We purchased our 2020 Keystone Montana in July 2020. We sold our home and became a full-time rv couple which we have planned for a while. The first night we moved into our brand new home, the problems started. The hydraulic motor went out that very day. We couldn't get it taken care of for 8 days. The blinds are literally falling apart and off the walls. Trim is falling off. The bedroom door doesn't even fit. It is smaller than the door frame. The bathroom floor is peeling up. The toilet lid fell off. The sofa bed is so tipped that we cannot use it to sleep on. A few days ago my husband was in the shower and heard and felt a huge boom and then heard a rush of water. The drain pipe somehow separated from the gray tank and now we cannot use the shower. This has been a nightmare and we are sick that we paid 70,000 for this piece of junk. We are hopefully getting some of these issues taken care of this week. The workmanship and quality of this 5th wheel is terrible!!
