Over all nice rig. and it pulls very nicely considering it weights 16.5K. I love the Lippert Road Armor Pin box. It almost completely eliminated chucking going across bridges etc. Storage is plentiful especially in the kitchen. My major complaint is the bathroom is all the way in the back, visitors have to travel through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Also if you need to stop along the road to use the bathroom, you have to open the dinning room slide and the bed to get to the bathroom. The push button light in the bathroom is not conveniently placed. that light is all the way at the end of the counter under the cabinet, you need a long arm to get to it. The barn doors are in a constant need of repairs, There are no outside lights other than the awning lights especially on the drivers side and no lights in the front where the front storage is. There is a light inside the storage compartment but it is up high and hard to reach. This unit has only been pulled a few times and already one of the Lippert schwintek slides needed to be repaired. The most important complaint is the steps leading to the bedroom are 10 inches apart. coming down the steps at night are a very real trip hazard. one of my guest fell and severely injured her face. I have since had to add a bottom 6 inch step and a 4 inch addition to the next step. I now have a 3 step set up that reduced the 10 inch steps to 3-6 inch steps. I used exercise steppers to accomplish this: they have 14 inch treads. I can't believe Keystone allowed this hazard to get through engineering. The other complaint is the Lippert slide controllers are difficult to get to. the one for the ODS living room slide is behind a panel that can only be reached by crawling into the front DS compartment and removing a partition behind the city water compartment. Also, for a 2020 model year, you would think Keystone would have install smart TV's, this RV has Furrion dumb TV's in front and in the rear. The Furrion entertainment system is very cheap. If you want a decent entertainment system you will have to purchase it yourself.

We purchased 2020 keystone laredo 325rl. We love the floor plan, king sized bed, large frig, and outdoor kitchen. It had everything we were looking for in a camper! However, we were not looking for the plethora of issues we have had with it. I will tell you we will never buy another camper from Keystone. We always owned Jayco up to this point and thought we would give Keystone a try. mistake...mistake! First the electric cord that supplies the unit with electricity got hot and fused together. The repair man found that only one of the two 110amp were tightened down(factory defect). This caused hookup to over heat (so glad we didn't burn up in our camper). Next, trim falls off ceiling so we keep putting up the fallen pieces. After that, the furnace doesn't work. My poor husband had to crawl into a tiny space to get it out to take in to be fixed. $$ The fix didn't solve the problem. Now we are on to a new regulator to see if furnace will work! ugh We did have to replace the thermostat because AC would not shut down once it reached its temp. It would just run and run and run....the new thermostat did fix this issue. Thank God for small victories!! Piolet light in the oven will not light. Yes, we watched the video on it.... Still wont light, at least i have not had to clean the oven! The closet rack fell down dropping all our close on the floor. We checked it out and found the little factory builder people had missed every board they were supposed to hit to make it solid and strong enough to hold our hanging clothes. My husband fixed this issue. Yeah! Last time out the water heater sounds like it is getting to hot and starts making scary boiling (I might explode) noises. We just started shutting it down between uses. All fine until you need a quick shower and cant because there is NO hot water. We do keep saying, after this issue, we shouldn't have anymore....until the more comes!

We bought it brand new and after the initial honeymoon period of having to reinforce the doors with longer screws, fix a back window, very minor things, we are very happy. We have been full timing in it this summer, my husband and 2 dogs, and have gone all the way down to Key West, and man was it hot, everything worked as it should! It tows beautifully and is very comfortable living in. The 2 slides in the living room make a difference. I would highly recommend it!!

I hate the quality of this unit!! What a spaghetti mess of wiring. expect fake wood trim molding to peel its vinyl covering exposing press board. expect water fittings to spring leaks non stop. VERY poor insulation , furnace runs non stop due to all the air drafts. ALL holding tanks gauges are never even close to accurate. interior panels and trim come loose in transit due to little pin nails not being fastened into structural unit. water pump is extremely loud and vibrates the whole rig, ( even after insulating) and making sure nothing is against any structural objects. cant replace mattress with another unless you sacrifice for a smaller size. factory mattress collapses after two weeks of use. NOT enough structural support for floor bracing as unit has been to dealer twice for serious floor issues. DID I MENTION THIS IS A 2020 MODEL? ran out of space to write all other failures. " DONT BUY" your welcome!! also GENERAL RV IS JUST AS BAD!!! they do awful work. make sure to inspect all work before leaving their facility as they are LIARS !!! I approve this review CRAIG STROM. I wish I had never purchased!!! what a 50k loss. NEVER AGAIN !!

We have owned this RV for 2 years now. We have had several issues with it. We purchased in the fall of 2020 and made our first trip the following March. We had several issues on that trip. TV Had black spots in picture. Entertainment Slide jumping and opening unevenly. Black tank flush valve wasn't working due to being installed backwards. Issues that we feel are just poor quality. The jackknife sofa is horrible. It does not open flat and anone taller than 5' could not sleep on it. The included Capital Grill could barely cook a hotdog. Everything was fixed under warranty and seemed to be working fine. We then discovered a leak in the skylight over the shower. We were told this was not covered under warranty and it cost us over $100 to repair. We have had several cosmetic issues with molding, et.. that are also not warranty coverage. We now are having the same issues with the slide and it is also no longer under warranty. However after looking at the issue closer it is not a mechanical issue. The floor on one end has apparently gotten wet and has begun to rot and as a result has expanded. my assumption is that rain made its way into it. So when you bring the slide in and out it is causing it to bind. I have not contacted them yet but my assumption is that it will not be a warranty item. I have no idea what this will cost to repair.

We purchased the Montana as an upgrade from our previous 2019 unit from another maker due to what appeared to be significant upgrade in content and quality. We have a permanent pad , concrete, with 50 amp electrical hook up, water and sewage hookup.. We do not tow this unit. It is at my daughters property near Ramona, CA. In the 2 1/2 years we have had the following problems. Due to no tow vehicle all services need to be done at the permanent location and we informed the seller, Camping World of this. 1 the furnace died in first year 2 the icemaker and freezer died next. We were told that we should replace the Samsung. We got it repaired by an excellent 3rd party not the useless warranty. 3 in the second year the main A/C died. 4 the trim woodwork fell off due to fasteners too short. The cabinet doors fell off due to screws being too short. The fake veneer peeled off on pantry door and bathroom door. 5 outside trim fell off. 6 Sofa cushions came appart..Springs came through. There are more problems that continue to crop up As the add on warranty did not help us or come to our unit we canceled and received only a partial refund even though they did nothing. We fortunately found businesses that came to OUR LOCATION AND FIXED OUR ISSUES, NO HELP FROM CAMPING WORLD.

We purchased this RV at Gander RV in OKC in December 2019 with the intent of becoming full timers. Prior to this purchase we'd owned 4 other RV's ALL costing thousands less than the 331RL. Unfortunately additional cost did not lead to better quality. We've had more issues with this $50,000+ RV than any of the other's we've owned COMBINED. Right off the dealers lot it started with an auto level system that did ANYTHING but. I've recalibrate this unit many time with negative results. Now we just use a simple bubble level and level the unit the same way we did with our cheaper RV's. The upper track on our sliding closet door came right out of the ceiling because it was attached to NOTHING! Six butterfly wall grabbers fixed this. The actuator motor on one of our recliners failed because the wiring was improperly routed. I replaced the actuator myself over taking it back to the dealer. Screws holding the shower door track in started to corrode. I replaced with stainless steel screws. The Key TV system Keystone raved about never worked. Found BOTH coaxial cables going from the control head to the entertainment center SHORTED! I bypassed this POS system, which Keystone refused to address, by installing jacks on the kitchen slide for my satellite and cable inputs. The Accu-Slide system was installed improperly causing a frayed kitchen slide cable requiring replacement. ALL three slides have had to have cable adjustments done to prevent catastrophic damage. Two out of three knife valves have been replaced due to leakage and/or failing in the open position, (luckily!). The Furrion oven won't stay lit despite adjusting the thermocouple. No other propane related issue were found. After a trip from Pensacola to Galveston found most of the trim and header above our dining room slide had departed the slide! Brad nailer took care of that. The Dometic capacitive thermostats have failed repeatedly! Found the little foam pads on the backside of the cover will sink into the well they sit in if you actuate the touch pad too hard! Fixed this by pulling the foam pads out and repositioning them. The holding tank level indicators have NEVER read correctly. We learned by trial and error when to empty the tanks. On our way from Galveston to OKC one of our 'China bombs' exploded causing $25K in damage! The ironic part: We had an appointment in OKC to have ALL 4 tires replaced! Our LP gas detector decided to start chirping, but only during the early AM hours. There was NO gas leak. Had to pull the fuse until our replacement arrived. We developed a water leak BEHIND the washer/dryer that was so insidious that it wasn't discovered until it had done plenty of damage. The culprit: cheap plastic quarter turn valves! Replaced with BRASS Shark Bite valves. We love the layout of the 331RL, but that love is tempered by the constant quality/quality control problems we've had. Some problems Keystone has been helpful with. Other's not so much. Overall I think we would have been better served buying used and having the crap inspected out of it before purchase. I know whomever buys this unit when we're ready to sell will get the RV we should have gotten.

We have had campers/rv since 1977 and this is the 3rd Keystone we have purchased new. However, even though this is supposed to be a higher line than the Passports we previously owned, the quality is horrible. We have had the ceiling fan fixed, then replaced. The ceiling vent in kitchen wouldn't shut or turn off, burned out and had to replace. The front exteriour light needed replacing, the exterior weathrproofing came off, the door latch needed repair, cable tv in bedroom doesn't work, fridge needed repair, storage door repaired, but should be replaced. Now the interior trim on the slide is literally falling off. More trouble with this rv than ANY of the others TOTAL in all the years we have camped. Emaild Keystone, but never heard one word from them. This summer alone, not including the repairs we have done ourselved, we have spent $1,000.00. I would be embarrassed if I sold these campers. Also - our dealer is no help.
