Over all nice rig. and it pulls very nicely considering it weights 16.5K. I love the Lippert Road Armor Pin box. It almost completely eliminated chucking going across bridges etc. Storage is plentiful especially in the kitchen. My major complaint is the bathroom is all the way in the back, visitors have to travel through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Also if you need to stop along the road to use the bathroom, you have to open the dinning room slide and the bed to get to the bathroom. The push button light in the bathroom is not conveniently placed. that light is all the way at the end of the counter under the cabinet, you need a long arm to get to it. The barn doors are in a constant need of repairs, There are no outside lights other than the awning lights especially on the drivers side and no lights in the front where the front storage is. There is a light inside the storage compartment but it is up high and hard to reach. This unit has only been pulled a few times and already one of the Lippert schwintek slides needed to be repaired. The most important complaint is the steps leading to the bedroom are 10 inches apart. coming down the steps at night are a very real trip hazard. one of my guest fell and severely injured her face. I have since had to add a bottom 6 inch step and a 4 inch addition to the next step. I now have a 3 step set up that reduced the 10 inch steps to 3-6 inch steps. I used exercise steppers to accomplish this: they have 14 inch treads. I can't believe Keystone allowed this hazard to get through engineering. The other complaint is the Lippert slide controllers are difficult to get to. the one for the ODS living room slide is behind a panel that can only be reached by crawling into the front DS compartment and removing a partition behind the city water compartment. Also, for a 2020 model year, you would think Keystone would have install smart TV's, this RV has Furrion dumb TV's in front and in the rear. The Furrion entertainment system is very cheap. If you want a decent entertainment system you will have to purchase it yourself.

I have owned a 1995 Thor Fourwinds Class C, a 2000 Gulfstream 36 ft 5th wheel , a 2007 Forest River CedarCreek 36RLTS 5th wheel and now the 2020 Keystone Alpine 3701FL. I have to say the overall quality of the Alpine brand is far superior to the others. I had a brake wire break on I-59 which I blame more on the rough Alabama interstate than the Alpine. Other than that the dining room table had to be replaced due to some separation which Keystone did promptly. My only other complaints are the bathroom vent fan was old style chenzy manual operation and the front storage compartment lock. The other two vent fans are high quality AirXCEL fans. I replaced the bathroom fan with a remote operated Fantastic Fan. I like the AirXcels better but none were available when I did the replacement. For all but one lock on the outer compartments Keystone used high quality locks except for the front storage compartment they chose to use the CH751 common key lock. The bathroom fan and the CH751 lock decisions are puzzling on a high-end 5th wheel like this. The interior fit and finish is high quality. The Floorplan just blew me away the 1st time I saw it. The appliances are awesome especially the full-size frig with icemaker. Jenson TVs are great. One more puzzling decision I almost forgot. The Furrion video is DVD not blu-ray. The large bathroom is a huge plus as is the king-size bed. The unit pulls easily for it's size with my 2018 Ram 2500 diesel. Vinyl flooring in all areas except the dinette is a huge plus. The amount of storage is unbelievable. One VERY HUGE plus is the tankless water heater. You NEVER run out of hot water! Unless you run put of gas of course. Having a bath and a half is great! The iN-Command control center controls slide out, awnings, light, generator if equipped, water pump, and HVAC and a big plus is you cam download tge App and control these from your smartphone. I have spent the last two winters in this unit in Lakeland FL and pulled to Lakeland from Tennessee then to Destin last summer for a week during softball tournaments then back to Tennessee then back to Lakeland with only the brake wire issue which again I blame on the washboard concrete interstate. The last VERY HUGE PLUS is the auto leveling system. What a cool piece of engineering! Just place the unit where you want it. Unhook and move your tow vehicle out of the way. Then hit the autolevel button and the magic happens! It levels the unit and your done. As you can well guess I am more than happy with my Alpine 3701FL and highly recommend it to anyone considering a high level 5th wheel

My husband and I bought this in June of 2020 and has nothing but issues with it. We’ve had a tone of warranty issues. One of our biggest complaints is that there is no heat in the back. They checked it out and found the HVAC tubing was smashed and it was replaced but still no heat. Fresh water tank had no censor in it they installed then fresh water tank seal broke, blinds are only on a snap in place not screwed in, motor for the 50 amp plug stopped working, and now for some reason we have a water leak that filled up one of our light fixtures. We have contacted Keystone personally about the heat. They measure the heat and there should be a couple of degrees different well we had ours tested, first off it took 5 hours for the unit to get warm second they test was at least 4 to 6 degrees different but the furnace was constantly running. We had bought this a year ago and our 5th wheel has spent more time at Camping World for warranty issues than we have been able to use it. We are not getting the support from either place on fixing the heat issue and now we have a leak in the roof and this until is only a year old. My husband and I have waited for five years to purchase a 5th wheel and done our research however, I feel that we have received the run around on a unit that we spent 87k on this included having a generator installed and bought the 7 year extended warranty. We are very disappointed that neither Keystone or the dealership doesn’t take pride in helping their customers and to make things right. The heat still isn’t right and now we have leak in the roof!!! With this kind of money they should have a better quality than what it is. I have a feeling that we’re going to be out of a lot of money do to poor building or the unit and poor tech service. Maybe it’s time to contact an attorney!

I traded a Carbon I had for six years with a multitude of issues for the 2020 Alpine. The dealer said it was top of the line and wouldn't have any issues. A month in the Suburban tankless water heater went out. Dealer replaced the entire unit in about a week. Three months later the Suburban (IW 60) went again with the same symptoms. Dealer replaced once again with an entire unit. November 2020 same symptoms unit would turn on run and then turn off. The dealer sent me another unit I paid to have it installed but was late December before I received it. Suburban (IW60) failed again in February 2021. I'm taking the RV back to the dealer for hopefully a final solution. I had two tires blow out six months in and that caused 9 k in damage. I replaced all four tires. If you purchase an Alpine I hope you have better luck but tell them you do not want a Suburban tankless water heater.
